Sorry for no post yet. Town post ended up getting longer than I had expected and I fell asleep. I'll try to get one done soon, as I'm going to be busy for the rest of the day in a few hours here.

@Masterofchaos: Congratulations, pal! Those are really nice news. It's good to know you no longer have that weight over your shoulders.

MoC, are Amy and Maya going to show up every time something bad happens remotely nearby? :|

They keep kind of doing a lot in short spans of time compared to the other characters.

From the time Irina told them to leave to the time of this last post, they've ran to the horse stables (I don't know if these have an established location), got horses, and rode those horses to the edge of town, waited long enough to get impatient, and then road back to where Irina and Davey are.

In the same span of time, Irina and Davey parted ways with Samuel with just a few words, rode a hoverbike (which I think I can assume is pretty fast) to the edge of town (presumably not the exact same spot as Amy and Maya), and were approached by a soldier.

I get that they don't currently have anyone but themselves to interact with, but I wish you'd ease up a bit with the action. Let the tension build a little, y'know?

Please don't take this as an attack. I mean it only as a suggestion, or a concern, I guess. I hate to deflate you.

Meanwhile, Davey and Irena probably drove past Jim and Minerva without noticing them. Probably.

I'm starting to loose track of where everyone is, where they are going, and other stuff.

James and John are still at the hotel, Samuel and Todd are still at Bed and Breakfast, Amy and Maya are at the edge of the town almost to the desert, and Irina and Davey are in Main Street.

I don't know about anyone else.

To be fair, I think they're kind of disconnecting themselves from the people directly involved in the conflict that brought tanks to their doorstep.

I did a tiny bit of updating to character locations on the thread page to the best of my knowledge. In terms of the town layout, I always try to adhere to the rather undetailed town map and location descriptions. Railway street runs from the east to the west ends of town, Main street runs from the train station to the south end of town. The bed and breakfast is located at the lower western corner of the intersection of Railway and Main. That does confuse things a bit however, as Irina told Amy and Maya to head for the west end of town while riding with Davey to the edge of main street, which would be the south end of town. I don't know if electronic-tragedy's intentions were to split them up or have them regroup, so I can't say if that was in error or not. Given the above information, I'm also not sure where Mo C's post heading here is supposed to indicate.

Remember, when in doubt, check the rudimentary map.◊ I know I said I wanted to make a more detailed one with building locations, but I... haven't.

soooo what's happening in the frontier? like where's a nice place to go talk to people?

It's getting to the end of Day 2, and I think we don't recommend people jumping in that late, mostly because people are just wrapping up storylines and the like.

Also I think a lot of the locations are pretty crowded as is. There's not a lot of locations with a couple of characters that you can jump into. Sorry I barely helped any, just not the best time to join.

You can still try, this is just a recommendation.

I'll try to post for Dream tonight. Don't have much of an excuse other than the solo writing's been distracting me away.

Hey, finally posted. Sorry for not posting for a long-ass time, and for shitty post quality. I'm really bone-fuck tired, and just focused on getting the post done rather than putting it off for another day.

I think the wagon group in the northeastern forest is probably about to split up in the next few posts, leaving two(?) of them to head back to town. You might look into that. The town itself is in a little bit of disarray at the moment, but there could be potential quiet spots if your character stays away from north side for a little while.

I think I'll make another post for Amy and Maya but instead of getting involved with what's going on with Irina and Davey, I think I'm gonna make them (finally) get to their plane. I don't want them being pilots to be an Informed Ability.

That sounds like a good idea.

I'll be going on vacation tomorrow morning for a (tentative) week. I won't be as active here, but I'll do my best to keep up during mornings and evenings.

I dozed off last night with only the location header on my Dream post done. Sorry it's so short, I half-assed it. It's not a problem with the CDTs themselves, my solo writing's just starting to steal my writing juices away from the threads.

I have a really bad headache right now, but I'll try to work on a post for Dream later.

I'm kind of in a verbal/ paperwork wrestling match with my school's billing and financial aid people, sorry if I keep falling off the radar for a while. This is the number one reason behind my recent stress, basically. Hopefully it'll be over soon.
