Pfft. Fine.
I'll post in Dream sometime today, but I'm pretty physically miserable right now so I don't know when. My ear is clogged.
Yawn, chew gum (if yawning doesn't work), or get some eardrops. (Or, possibly use little q-tips to see if ear wax is what's causing it)
Should I wait for Blackfire for Rin? Or should I just go ahead and post for Danny?
Life is hard, that's why no one survives.Holding your breath for ten seconds helps too!
I've heard (no pun intended) that q-tips can actually make things worse, and that tissues are probably better.
I'll post soon. Probably later today.
Not entirely dead. It's definitely ear wax. This has happened before.
I can attest to that. Q-tips shouldn't be used for anything but cleaning the external ear. I used to use them for deeper cleaning until I had to go to the doctor because I ended up making myself (temporarily) deaf in one ear.
this place needs me hereActually, electronic-tragedy, go ahead and post for Daniel.
Not entirely dead. That's pretty much what's going on (though it wasn't caused by q-tips): earwax impaction, it's called. I'm not quite deaf in it, but my hearing with the affected ear has drastically fallen off.
Anyway, going to post in Dream, but probably a bit later.

And posted in Dream.
If the last bit doesn't work for people, I can retcon it, but I thought it might be appropriate for a new area to show up for this group right about now. What area? Leaving that open-ended in case anyone wants to run with it.
I'm fine with it.
You say I am loved, when I don’t feel a thing. You say I am strong, when I think I am weak. You say I am held, when I am falling short.I was planing to be the one to add said area, now that I have things properly organized.
My post is coming today, BTW. The creative block that I was fighting has gone away.
"The dried flowers are so beautiful, and it applies to all things living and dead."Alright- hate to bug people about this again but, so far, it's mostly been me and two other people doing the leg work of building this thing. That leaves four others who have signed on to the roll20 game but haven't contributed to the design of our homebrew Fate version, either much or at all. In addition, I'm also still waiting on responses to three invitations.
TRP Gs are supposed to be collaborative story-telling projects, and Fate is designed specifically to be that. Right now, with so few people taking an active hand in the creation of what's supposed to be their game, I have no way to tell if players have problems with the feature set we're building, or how specific rules are laid out.
There are bigger things too. Like, I presently have no idea what kind of a campaign folks want to play. I think it's best to start relatively small, since this is our first time using the system, but outside of that there's been no discussion on what the actual premise of the game ought to be. The question of how our characters met each-other and why they're working together also needs to be answered collectively.
I don't even know if people know enough about the setting to come up with character ideas. The description I gave was pretty sparse. Ask me questions about the Planetfall setting! I'll fill it out the best I can. Who knows? It might even lead to something that stays in it permanently.
The work would probably also go a lot faster if we had more people pitching in.
If you feel like building a homebrew RPG system is a bit over your head, give your thoughts anyway. Even if it's just giving feedback to what's there, and you have no concrete suggestions of your own, it will help us get an idea of what people like or don't like.

yeyOh, yeah, Snowy, I forgot to say that I'm fine with the lab showing up in your next post.
I'll wait for KC and/or Ladytanuki to go ahead for the Wasteland, and I'll shoot for posting for the Farm today.

"Jack, you have debauched my sloth."Yeah, some input from other people in the document would be helpful.
Working on a post for Dream right now.
Gave them our reactions, our explosions, all that was ours For graphs of passion and charts of stars...If it makes any difference, Collen, the dog is friendly. I was shooting to post for the Farm primarily so Min and Seilaan could jump straight into cuddling with the dog if they want, but if you already have work on a post done, I'll wait, I'm not going to make you throw it out.

"Jack, you have debauched my sloth."Masterofchaos, Connie and (I'm pretty sure) Irina were only objecting to the idea of Amy telling more than one story (or rather, the notion that she tell several, tons, or hundreds). One is fine, I think.
this place needs me hereOh ok! Editing.
Annd edited.

Frontier post is going to take a while, hopefully will be done by tomorrow.
The last battle's curtains will open on stage!Alrighty.
Just posted what I thought was a megapost for Dream... until I saw Eterna's even bigger monster of a post. lol
"Jack, you have debauched my sloth."@Gault: trying to edit the Google doc always brings me to the App Store even though I already have it, I'll try tomorrow on my computer but right now it doesn't have wifi.
You say I am loved, when I don’t feel a thing. You say I am strong, when I think I am weak. You say I am held, when I am falling short. There's that character I wanted to add. I'll switch to more straightforward writing once they run into someone. And give them a clearer, better illustrated description. Left the location a little vague so they could easily pop up anywhere within that general region.
All right, good night.
this place needs me hereI regret nothing!
Truth to be told, it would be even longer if I didn't have to sleep.

"The dried flowers are so beautiful, and it applies to all things living and dead."Gault: I'm interested in the RPG and would like an invitation, please. (I'm somewhat new at it all, though, so I may need a bit of hand-holding at first.)
Eterna Memoria: I know Troperfrom 95 has been having a hard time, but since it has now been over a month since the last Ruins post in Dream II (here), would you mind going ahead and replying? I'm interested in seeing where things go with the Ruins. (Doesn't have to be immediate, just saying you don't have to wait for '95.)
@SnowyFoxes: fine by me.
