I like the attempt to reverse Kay's neuralyzation.
I wonder if they'll use anything from the cartoons in here...
Was Jack Mackerel. | i rite gudI felt the Deneuralizer was a very necessary and a near mandatory counterpart to the Neuralizer, I can only image the accidents that must occur with that thing. Supposedly MIB is stocked with the best of the best but even those people make mistakes now and again.
Trailer's out. Look pretty good.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.Aw, HELL YEAH!
A fistful of me....I kinda want jumping off a tower to be the way Mi B gets rid of people who get too close to the top-secret secrets.
ophelia, you're breaking my heartThat's pretty epic trailer. I hope it's as good as the rest of the movie!
Brolin sells it for me.

I'm somewhat disappointed, though. The trailer makes it seem as if Tommy Lee Jones won't be in most of the film.
A fistful of me.It kind of bothers me that they seem to still be using the "inexperienced rookie/sidekick" bit for J. Still.
One of the only things I disliked about the second movie is that they spent the first part showing that he turned into a skilled agent of his own like K was during the break between the two movies, and then in the second half he went back to not having any idea how to deal with anything so he could have the same dynamic he had with K in the first movie.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain. They blocked that video already.
It looks fairly good and Josh Brolin really does Tommy Lee Jones well.
But only time will tell if this could be any good.
I'm betting that ET tuns out to be a mole or villain of some sort.
I'm a skeptical squirrelAnd now it's time for me to smile like K. :l

Official, HD trailer from Sony.
Best line from the trailer, "I promised you the secrets of the universe... nothing more."
@ Known Unknown: They want Will Smith to say "Aw hell nah" and "Now das what I'm talkin' about" at least once.
More Buscemi at http://forum.reelsociety.com/Wait... so if Kay is around the same age as Tommy Lee Jones (65), and the film takes place in 2012, then 1969 Kay ought to be around 28... which Josh Brolin certainly isn't.
A fistful of me.Kay's supposed to be much older. He's depicted as being at retirement age in the second film.

More Buscemi at http://forum.reelsociety.com/Sweet love the new trailer! Here's hoping Frank and the Noisy Cricket get a scene!
You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction. So who is playing young Zed?
I'm a skeptical squirrelAnyone think that when a film series gets to be up there in age, the only thing the writers can think of is to screw with reality? (Shrek 4)
Heh, y'know what would be interesting? If they brought in some of the other continuities and showed Ecks (from the original comic, though the MIB are less overtly totalitarian in the movies so his role would have to change a bit) or Alpha (from the animated series, especially in the scenes from the past).
PS: Anyone know why Secret Test of Character is barred from the Film page of MIB? MIB recuitment is pretty clearly a set of veiled tests, after all, but it looks like there was some kind of conflict about it. They say to take it to discussion, but the discussions thread, as always, is empty.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.I find it kind of funny how Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones look the same as they did fifteen years ago.
A fistful of me.
I must admit I liked the cap to K's storyline in the first movie. I can understand that it's easy to write yourself into corners, but the sequel spent so much time trying to undo that previous one's ending that it felt awkward.
Clearly, this third movie is the story they should have ran with for MIB2.
