Considering how Gideon is an anthropomorphic cat, and how Jiminy Cricket, Foulfellow, and all other animals save Monstro and those poor boys at Pleasure Island in Pinocchio were anthropomorphic, I assume that Figaro would grow up to be anthropomorphic. Like Gideon.
