-Ichtacya facepaws-

— Algira, move out of there and Bubblebeam the Pidgeot!

Pidgeot: <No more of this nonsense!> -swipes at Algira with talons-

-Algira is swiped by the Pidgeot's talons and manages to hover above ground, unleashing a Bubblebeam attack at the Pidgeot above-

Ichtacya — <...This is going to be nasty isn't it?>

-Pidgeot is sent into the red- <STUPID MOTH FALL DOWN> -swipes at Algira- <YOU ARE MEAN AND COLD AND I DO NOT LIKE YOU>

— ...Algira watch out!

-Algira only manages to move a short distance but the Pidgeot's talon picks her antenna-

Algira — <OeoeOeoeoEoeoeOEoeoeoEoEoeoeoEoeoeOeoeOeoeeÞ> — is sent spiraling into the ground.

-Algira falls flat, and remains immobile on the ground-

Algira — <@_@> — is knocked out.

Ichtacya — <...That... What? We lost...? She lost?> — bares teeth. — <After I got myself hurt on a LEG????>

I've just been feeling terrible for the last few days.

Mainly because of the whole poachers ring, but mostly because it's boring as fuck here and there absolutely nothing to do...

I'm guessing I'm saying "When can we leave here already?" along with "When can I go back to being female goddamnit!"

Well, I'm sure we'll find some way to turn you and the others back to your original genders one of these days.

-It's still very early in the morning. So early, that the sun is barely up. The perfect time for a certain Charizard and Garchomp to be sneaking around.-

Ferno: <Alright, I want you to get in there, switch the Lugia with our decoy, then get out again as quickly as possible. That's it. So no poisoning anymon in their sleep!

...Actually, if you could poison any of them, that would be really helpful.>

Holly: -Rolls her eyes.- <Sorry, but I draw the line at a helpless foe. But what makes you think this will even work? Who in their right mind would fall for this?>

-Holly holds up the decoy in question - a very poorly made Lugia plushie they had stolen from a nearby souvenir stand a little while prior.-

Ferno: <Just zip the bag up once you've done the switch. With any luck, they'll think he's sleeping in there or something.>

Holly: -Tilts her head, skeptically.- <...Really?>

Ferno: <Oh, do you have a better plan then? Because if so, I would really love to hear it right now.>

Holly: <...No, I don't.>

Ferno: <Thought so. Now, get going. It won't be long until they wake up.>

-Holly nods, then works her way around to the back of the Pokémon Center to find a way to sneak in.-

Holly: <I swear, it's a miracle that we've gotten this far.>

Lugia Plushie: <Yeah. How do you put up with that guy?>

Holly: -Blinks.- <...For my sanity's sake, I think I'll just ignore that last sentence...>

Odette: (asleep cuddled up between Artemis and Mira, mumbling in her sleep) <Why is that Combee always there... watching me scoop ice cream...?>

-For a master of stealth such as Holly, breaking into the Pokémon Center was easy, and it didn't take long for her to find a certain group of sleeping Pokémon, along with her target.

Unfortunately for her, that darn Feraligatr that had given them so much trouble had the bag slung over his shoulder. Fortunately, the Lugia was dangling out of it somewhat, fast asleep.-

Holly: <Darn. I really can't mess this one up. If that Feraligatr wakes up, he'll ice me.>

Lugia Plushie: <And that wouldn't work out well for either of us.>

Holly: <...I'm not going crazy. It's just my imagination.>

Lugia Plushie: <Oh, that's a real nice thing to say when somemon's talking to you.>

Holly: <Be quiet! I can't concentrate with you talking to me!>

Lugia Plushie: <Hmph. Fine, I'll be quiet.>

Holly: -Sighs.- <Thank you.> -Blinks.- <I can't believe that I'm talking to a plushie! I really am going crazy...>

-Deciding to worry about the mission now and her apparently slipping sanity later, Holly sneaks over to Lake's side, taking care not to step on any of the other sleeping Pokémon accidentally.-

Holly: <So far so good. Now for the most important part.>

-Very very carefully, Holly reaches down and slowly picks the Lugia up.-

Pleo: <Zzz...Ooh, look at all that Ice Cream! Can I have some? Zzz...>

Holly: <!!!>

-Holly nearly drops Pleo, but manages to calm herself enough to avoid doing so.-

Holly: <Wow. He's a heavy sleeper.>

-Slinging Pleo over her shoulder (Carefully as not to wake him), Holly places the Lugia plushie in Lake's bag, pressing it down into the depts of the bag with her claws.-

Lugia Plushie: <Hey, mind those claws! They're sharp!>

Holly: <Sorry! Sorry. -Beat.- <That's it, I'm seeing a therapist after this.>

-The Garchomp carefully zips the bag up, then carefully makes her way back outside, trying her best not to wake her captive up.-

Outside

Ferno: <Ah-hah! You got him! You actually got him!>

Holly: <You say that as if you had no confidence in me.>

Ferno: <Oh, did I? That certainly wasn't my intention.> -Smirks.-

Holly: -Gives a disapproving look.- <So, we wait for Daddy to show up now, then?>

Ferno: <Yep. And then, the world shall b- I mean, us Deltas' will finally get the fair treatment we deserve!>

Holly: <...Right. I wonder if it's still too late for me to make a run for it?>

Ferno: <Eh? What was that?>

Holly: <Nothing. Let's get outta' here.>

-The two take to the air, flying off to meet up with the rest of the Delta Pokémon.-

Holly: <By the way, I'm going to need to take some time off sick...>

-Solstice and Twilight are near my room, having gone in and finding I was asleep-

Solstice:<Why is it that he's never where we need him to be, and unavailable when he is?>

Twilight:<I don't know. Bad luck?>

Solstice:<I guess. I wonder if—>

Twilight:<Something wrong?>

Solstice:<The baby Lugia's presence. I can't sense it inside the center.>

Twilight:<What? But I thought those humans had him?>

Solstice:<I guess he's not here then. I can feel his presence moving farther and farther away from here.>

Twilight:<Should we tell the humans? I mean we did leave Ferno behind to start over.>

Solstice:<Nah. They'll find out soon enough. I don't think any of them are awake yet anyway.>
