Echo: Communication outposts, stationing outposts, and both internal and external labs. If you install a security system, make it code-based, not card-based. We don't want anybody accidentally dropping lift keys. All else we need are personal quarters for every member, as well as extra space for potential recruits. Not too much, though; we don't want anyone converting spare rooms for unauthorized purposes. We've had some issues with that here as of late.
