(A man on a motorbike is whizzing through the city. This would not be too eye-catching, were it not for three things. One, the man is dressed from head to toe in bright raspberry purple, from his helmet to his leather tracksuit to his steel-toecapped boots. Two, the man appears to have attached several lightbulbs to his helmet, and said lightbulbs are, through some unknown method, currently glowing. Third, a smaller-than-average Honedge has attached himself to the spokes of the bike's front wheel, and is enjoying himself considerably.)
