I could say the same. Anyway, some smuggler named Melinda has been going around taking mons in under the guise of helping them when instead she's probably been selling them to Arceus knows who. My text would've explained the rest.

Helios: <This Melinda person sounds like she'd work with Cipher.>

I don't think so. People like her aren't the type to limit themselves to one group. It's far more profitable to sell to a large number of groups. I've seen this before.
