Special containment procedure: At this time, SCP-3445-J is being stored in a spawn point at with at least 100' at each of the four walls, doors securely shut. Contained again once SCP-3445-J gets killed.

Description SCP-3445-J is human in appearance and wears a red balaclava to go with a red business suit. It carries around a revolver, a knife and a case of expensive cigarettes. When observed by Dr. Neryon and Guest Researcher Dr. Snipes, Neryon observed that SCP-3445-J was putting on a simple cardboard mask over its head, while Snipes reported him shapeshifting into his associate Dr. Scout. It wasn't too long until Dr. Snipes had a knife on his back, SCP-3445-J discarding the mask and giving a thumbs-up to Dr. Neryon while speaking in a Pan-European accent. It has been found that SCP-3445-J can distinguish colour; he has an open hostility to anyone wearing blue, and openly befriends those wearing red, and Drs. Snipes and Neryon are wearing those colour ties respectively.

Item: SCP-2626

Status: Safe

Containment Procedure: None, as the SCP has been completely neutralized.

Description: SCP-2626 is a young girl of Caucasian descent and slender build standing at approximately 4'4''. SCP-2626 has few unusual properties, and was originally suspected to be schizophrenic. However, after a short psychological evaluation, subject was confirmed to be of good mental health and was subsequently released, having seen very little of Foundation assets.

At the time of containment, subject was carrying a doll shaped like herself, from here on to be referred to as SCP-2626-1. At first, the doll appeared to have no unusual properties and was left at containment site. Members of the MTF assigned to contain the SCP later reported to have seen dolls of similar manufacture resembling other MTF members appearing near the cellar door of the abandoned house the team was using as a temporary base as they had other assignments in the area. After a while, the personnel it was taking the shape of would be missing. After several personnels were gone, the team figured out what happened and rapidly contained SCP-2626-1 and transferred it to the nearest Foundation facility. After a short inspection by Dr. Clef at entry, he produced a flamethrower chainsaw out of his lab coat and utilized it to rapidly disassemble the SCP. The house was then destroyed with an MLRS strike. After the demolition, the cellar was searched, only for the team to find nothing.

SCP-2626 was taken in for questioning and later offered to act as a Foundation agent.

Equipped with his five senses, man explores the universe around him and calls the adventure Science.

7309 appears to a fully self-aware humanoid machine. Subject has exhibited shadow control, [REDACTED], advanced levels of planning, [DATA EXPUNGED], and claims to have numerous other powers. 7309 cannot be detained, though has agreed to follow foundation rules. At no point is 7309 to be used against 682, 173, or 169.

SCP-9273

Strangely Beautiful

SCP-4756 appears to be a girl around thirteen years of age, and gives her name as 'Emily'. Her reality warping fuck-shit-up powers allow her to warp seeming any print material of her realm of knowledge to the point of incoherency and makes it fucking awesome as shit. SCP-1948 seems to enjoy to use her ability to confuse,(see exhibit A) and seems to dislike human company think people are idiots and she is right, although the Foundation has allowed her four black cats upon request. As of yet she has altered:

• Wallpaper
• A canvas with oil paint
• An unidentified number of SCP documents there were fucking 32 get your goddamn facts straight

The side effects of this alteration seem to place at least 24 instances of the word 'strange' and '13' in dark, splattered ink over the altered document. As of yet, no attempt at removing SCP-1642's alterations has been successful.

Special Containment Procedures: SPC-7125 is comprised of two separate entities, to be referred to as SCP-7125-1 and SCP-7125-2.

All instances of SCP-7125-1 are to be kept in a locked, two (2) by one (1) metre climate-controlled storage unit. SCP-7125-1 is only allowed to be accessed by personnel with level 2 security clearance or higher.

SCP-7125-2 is to be kept in a specially-modified humanoid containment cell, measuring five (5) metres by five (5) metres. The walls, floor, and ceiling are to be reinforced with sixteen (16) metres of steel and insulation in alternating two (2) metre layers, surrounded by a further three (3) metres of reinforced concrete. Hidden video-recording devices are not to be placed inside this cell, due to SCP-7125-2's aptitude for finding and dismantling them. However, no less than twelve (12) microphones are to be placed around the room in hidden locations. Due to its hostile tendencies, SCP-7125-2's cell is to be guarded by a minimum of eight (8) D-class personnel armed with assault rifles and concussion grenades, to be rotated every four hours.

Addendum 7125-01
Following the containment breach on ██/██/████ preceeding Incident 7125-████-8, SCP-7125-2 is to be administered 6000 mg of morphine every six (6) hours by Dr. █████████, who is to be accompanied by four (4) armed D-class personnel.

In the event of a containment breach, this cell is to be flooded with water, as it has been observed that SCP-7125-2 does require regular intake of oxygen to function.

Description: SCP-7125-1 is a large sword, 1.4 metres in height, weighing 110.2 kg, and was recovered along with SCP-7125-2, on ██/██/████, █ years ago. It has been described by SCP-7125-2 as "weighing almost nothing", though this is likely due to SCP-7125-2's anomalous properties, as no evidence supporting this claim has been found. This sword is composed of six (6) smaller swords, referred to as SCP-7125-1-1 through SCP-7125-1-6, able to lock together and be taken apart in order to form any number of swords below or equal to six, owed to several gears and catches along their lengths. These gears, though cleverly designed, do not display any non-euclidean properties. All instances of SCP-7125-1 are composed of an unknown alloy, containing carbon steel, titanium, and several undetermined metals, is resistant to temperatures exceeding 3000 Kelvin, and is capable of cutting through diamond. Attempts at replicating this alloy have yet to be successful.

SCP 7125-2 appears to be a humanoid Caucasian male in its mid-twenties, of athletic build, with several anomalous properties. It identifies itself as "Cloud Strife". Subject is 1.7 metres tall and weights 54.4 kg. SCP-7125-2's bone mass is comprised of a material several times both lighter and sturdier than that of a human's, capable of withstanding forces of up to 120,000 psi before fracturing. Because of this, SCP-7125-2 is capable of taking high-calibre gunfire to the head without risk of the rounds penetrating its skull. Subject's muscle density is also exponentially higher than that of a human's. SCP-7125-2's eyes are blue, and appear to emit a weak glow of 50 lumens. Examination of SCP-7125-2's eyes have revealed that the cells in the iris appear to have evolved bioluminescent ability through currently unknown means. SCP-7125-2's skin is covered in a variety of scars, some surgical in nature. It is theorised that it may at some point have come into contact with medical personnel in public employment. Public and private records are being searched for any history of such an occurence.

SCP-7125-2 has demonstrated moderately high intelligence levels on par with that of human males in its age bracket, and is capable of conversing in what appears to be, for the most part, modern English, with a few differences in dialect.

SCP-7125-2 has displayed regenerative abilities, and is able to recover from damage to muscle, bone, and skin tissue, and in extreme cases, able to regenerate entire limbs and non-vital organs. Recovery time varies from seconds to two (2) weeks, depending on how much damage is sustained. It should be noted that SCP-7125-2's recovery time is significantly slowed when damage is done with heated metallic objects or open flames. SCP-7125-2 has also demonstrated abnormally high stamina and resistance to pain.

SCP-7125-2 is capable of incredible physical performance, able to reach speeds exceeding 800 kph. SCP-7125-2 is also capable of lifting objects several times its size and weight with little effort, and is able to deal out blows with force exceeding 10000 N.

SCP-7125-2 has demonstrated anomalous control over energy currents. For further information see Test Log 7125-2-E.

Due to SCP-7125-2's highly uncooperative nature, it is presently unknown what else it may be capable of at this time.

Addendum 7125-02
In the eventuality that SCP-7125-2 can be made to be more cooperative, cross-testing with other Keter-class SCPs is highly recommended, due to its resilient nature.

Addendum 7125-03
SCP-7125-2 has made requests for the following:

• Permission to return to its place of origin (denied)
• Permission to contact its "family" via telephone (denied)
• Permission to be taken to a window to see the sky (denied)

Addendum 7125-04 As of ██/██/████, following incident 7125-████-8. subject has been noted making several distressed vocalisations between ████ and ████ hours. Due to the potential psychological pressure this may apply to the guards from being exposed to these vocalisations for extended periods of time, it has been requested by Dr. █████ that the rotation of the guards be switched out at two-hour intervals instead. Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4021 is to be kept in a 6 metre by 6 metre room. SCP-4021 is to be allowed out to go "gate out" to the pocket dimension she resides in, and is to be kept in containment at all times otherwise.

Description: SCP-4021 appears to be a humanoid Japanese female. Most notably are the small wings protruding from her back, and the golden, halo-like Tiara floating above her head. SCP-4021 has also been seen with a giant war axe, though seems to be unwilling to attack people. SCP-4021 identifies herself as Terajima Ryoko, and often asks for other peoples names when greeting. Personnel are advised to do so when asked.

Addendum 4021-1: Subject has been seen to be made up of anomalous matter, with similar qualities to computer data. Research is being done, at the permission of SCP-4021.

Addendum 4021-2: SCP-4021 states that she is simply an "avatar" for a video game for "The World". Research is being done on said video game, which, mysteriously, does not seem to exist in this dimension.

Precautions: SCP is completely harmless, unless provoked. Communication is possible and even desirable.

Description: SCP has been identified as a healthy female human being of caucasian descent; hair is cut short and blonde, eyes are slate blue.

Anomality crops up in her body height: SCP is about 2''3' (two feet, three inches) in size, which is very uncommon for a female. She is of slim, but athletic stature, with no visible ribs or pelvic bones. Her legs are longer than average, while shoulders, chest and hip-waist ratio indicate slightly masculine characteristics that have been strongly mitigated by sporting activity; the same applies to her facial features, which exhibit a relatively low jawline. Her prominent nose has a dent-shaped scar at the tip; another light scar, presumably from a cut, was found on her upper lip.

• Note: Dr. ████████ refers to her in his studies in overly positive terms, such as "drop-dead-gorgeous"; it may be advisable to redact him from the project.
  

SCP speaks perfect English with a British accent, she proved intelligent and vivid, with very friendly demeanour and what Dr. ████████ has described as a "keen sense of humour". The latter may need further observation.
Body language and overall gesticulation appear as very feminine in nature, which further undermines her slightly "tomboyish" (sic! Dr. ████████) features.

Addendum 5538A
SCP stated that she could "break a man's nose with her elbow". Examinations have proven that she is versed in kickboxing and several other armed and unarmed martial arts. Dr. ████████'s nose was indeed broken in the process. Subject has shown no further aggression outside of the survey.

Addendum 5538B
Further documents of SCP have been secured. They are as follows:

• A collection of DVDs containing a TV series named "Game of Thrones", which the subject is supposed to have taken part in. A full review is required.
  
  • Note: Apparently this stands in connection to her martial arts expertise. Search for a character named "Brienne of Tarth".
    
• A series of photographs, which seem to be several years of age. Subject is seen partially nude, wearing what seems to be a bunny costume made of tights. She appears notably skinnier and less muscular than currently; one picture shows ribs visibly protruding under her skin. Interviewing SCP about said photographs has been scheduled for ██/██/████, at ██:████.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9001 are to be kept in a 10m by 10m by 5m tank filled with water. They are allowed to swim freely inside the tank.SCP-9001 are to be kept in a 10m by 10m by 0.4m water tank filled with water. At all times, a machine must make sure that any specimen is never upside down. If any specimen is moving upside-down, this machine will upright them. Any personnel who handle SCP-9001 or SCP-9001-1 must wear material that protects against mental-affecting abilities.

Description:

SCP-9001 appears to be a small blue squid with a pink head. The "lights" on its head have the ability to mentally manipulate people by flashing. Subjects have expressed the ability to talk, but are only able to pronounce the words "Inkay" or parts of it. Subjects are very friendly but will attempt to manipulate personnel into jumping into the tank and turning them upside down.

SCP-9001 are able to survive outside of water, although their movements become limited.

SCP-9001-1 is the adult form of SCP-9001. It resembles a cross between a purple-and-white Squid and [REDACTED]. Subjects have expressed the ability to talk, but are only able to pronounce the words "Malamar" or parts of it. Specimen is an extremely cunning and malevolent mind-manipulator and can easily hypnotize any personnel into doing its bidding. SCP-9001-1 are able to survive outside of water with no limited movement.

Addendum 9001 -1: Any specimen of SCP-9001 that stays upside-down for more than an hour will [DATA EXPUNGED] and mature into SCP-9001-1. Any specimen of SCP-9001-1 must be terminated immediately.

Item #: SCP-4000 "Solid Maiden"

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4000 is to be contained in a sealed room measuring 10m on each side, next to a sealed room measuring 100m on each side for SCP-4000-1 to roam about. SCP-4000's room is to be furnished comfortably as a living area, along with whatever items are requested by her. Subject is allowed to leave the room and roam the facility as long as she does not go near other containment areas. Subject is compliant on this.

Description:

SCP-4000 is a Caucasian female, appearing to be approximately 16 years of age. Subject has unnatural green hair and eyes, and is of approximately 175 cm in height. Subject identifies herself as "Calia Rayfer".

SCP-4000 is to all outward appearances a normal woman, other than her green hair and eyes. SCP-4000’s emotional state is within acceptable boundaries for an individual of its age group, and is compliant with facility rules. Subject’s intelligence is above-average for its age group, and displayed behavior is generally cooperative. SCP-4000's has a quick acclimatization to containment, believed to be resultant of its upbringing before recovery.

SCP-4000 is capable of creating, manipulating and destroying any form of solid matter, as well as having the ability to transmute any form of matter into any form of solid. When asked how, SCP-4000 will respond with "magic powers". SCP-4000 is also able to reduce the temperature in an area by any amount. These abilities are activated by both the subject's thought and hand gestures.

SCP-4000 is able to manifest SCP-4000-1. This is demonstrated by having a glowing green orb emerge from her chest, which expands and manifests the form of SCP-4000-1. SCP-4000-1 is able to return into SCP-4000 by transforming into a glowing green orb and moving back into her chest.

SCP-4000-1 is a large (20m wide), green crystal manta ray that identifies herself as "Chris". SCP-4000-1 is able to float through the air as well as moving through solid matter as if it were intangible and exhibits similar powers as SCP-4000, but is able to use them on a wider scale. SCP-4000-1 communicates via mental telepathy.

Addendum-01: On ██/██/20██, SCP-4000 had gone into an uncontrollable state, breaching containment and killing two D-Class personnel before returning to a sane mental state. When questioned, she replied that she must consume at least one sentient soul per week. As of incident ██████, one D-class personnelone of SCP-1157 must be sacrificed to SCP-4000-1 each week. Failure to do so will cause SCP-4000 to enter a berserk state where she will attack personnel until she kills at least two.

Addendum-02: On ██/██/20██, SCP-4000 was killed in an explosion caused by a malfunction of ██████. Cleanup crew and D-Class personnel had seen SCP-4000-1 emerge from her body, before opening its mouth to regurgitate a large crystal containing a naked SCP-4000, while the old body shortly disintegrated into dust. The crystal subsequently shattered, and SCP-4000 promptly woke up no worse for the wear. Due to this ability, it seems that SCP-4000 may be effectively immortal.

Addendum-03: The following excerpt is from an interview carried out on ██/██/20██, two weeks after initial containment.

Addendum-04:

A test was conducted on SCP-4000 on materializing solid materials. SCP-4000 was instructed to create various solid materials. So far, subject was successful in creating almost all the elements of the periodic table in solid form, various alloys and materials in solid form. SCP-4000 was also able to create SCP-148, SCP-409, and various other solid SCPs, but only after she had been shown the materials. SCP-4000 was shown to be immune to SCP-409's crystallizing effect.

SCP-4000 willingly let her blood be drawn. It is shown that when exposed to air, the subject's blood coagulates into a red crystal not unlike SCP-578-1.

Following the tests, SCP-4000 went berserk and killed off a D-Class personnel. Apparently, usage of SCP-4000's powers increases her hunger for souls quickly.

Addendum-05: SCP-4000 has provided her assistance at containing a number of security breaches, whilst being able to repair damage done. Most SCPs are contained by having their appendages trapped in a very hard crystal, restricting their movement.

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: As there is no known method to prevent the generation of SCP-3001-1, SCP-3001 is to be contained in a secure location at a significant distance from any other Foundation personnel or assets. Mobile Task Force Mu-18 ("Lynch Mob") is to be stationed on-site at a safe distance. Upon the initiation of an active state, the Mobile Task Force is to enter SCP-3001-1 and destroy SCP-3001-3 and any instances of SCP-3001-2 by any means necessary. During this time, any instances of SCP-3001-2 leaving the primary instance of SCP-3001-1 are to be tracked and terminated as soon as possible. Research into more permanent containment solutions is ongoing.

Any personnel found to be bearing SCP-3001-4 are to be contained until the destruction of SCP-3001-3, or terminated.

Description: SCP-3001 is a small (approximately golf-ball sized) black sphere with a needle-like spike extending from its base, adorned with silver-black metal. While not in an active state, SCP-3001 is inert and may be safely handled. Periodically, however, SCP-3001 will enter a highly hostile and dangerous active state.

During an active state, SCP-3001 will form SCP-3001-1, an area of distorted space around itself. SCP-3001-1 bears very limited resemblance to SCP-3001’s current location, and is universally described as disturbing; it has little internal consistency, though key thematic elements remain, typically including roses, thorns, scissors, butterflies, and runes (translation attempts ongoing). It is also capable of spanning a notably larger area than its outside dimensions would indicate; those inside rarely escape without destroying SCP-3001-3.

SCP-3001-1 is populated by hostile entities collectively referred to as SCP-3001-2. These entities have fluid physical forms, and appear to merge with and control aspects of SCP-3001-1. The most common appearance is a humanoid figure formed from a butterfly taking the shape of legs, a black carapace torso, tapeworm-like arms, and a head resembling a fluffy white sphere, which is typically featureless aside from a painting-like moustache, and occasionally (typically during moments of hostility) empty black eye-sockets and grinning blue-black lips. These entities are capable of attacking with thorned vines ending in scissors, and will typically do so in response to any foreign beings; they are to be terminated on sight with small arms fire. On the rare occasions they leave the main instance of SCP-3001-1, they appear to be capable of projecting a more limited form of SCP-3001-1 around themselves. Instances of SCP-3001-2 leaving SCP-3001-1 are highly dangerous, as [DATA EXPUNGED].

SCP-3001-3 is a hostile entity found at the centre of SCP-3001-1. It resembles a collection of viscera in a shape approximating a hunchbacked figure, with a head resembling a rose-bush, a pair of membraned wings resembling those of a butterfly, and a number of tendril-like legs. Like SCP-3001-2, it is capable of attacking with thorns and scissors, and instances of SCP-3001-2 will attempt to defend it. It is also highly mobile for its size and shape. However, it is vulnerable to sufficient levels of conventional firepower; small arms fire is typically ineffective, but anti-material weapons can effectively terminate SCP-3001-3 instances. Upon its termination, SCP-3001-1 will disappear, and SCP-3001 will return to an inert state. Most instances of SCP-3001-2 will fade with SCP-3001-1, but any which remain are also to be terminated.

Addendum 3001-01: During an active state, personnel who approach SCP-3001 without entering SCP-3001-1 may be afflicted with SCP-3001-4, a crownlike mark typically found on the victim's neck. SCP-3001-4 has a mental effect, typically causing strong depression and suicidal tendencies. SCP-3001-4 victims will usually either commit suicide in the most immediately available manner, or attempt to gather for a group suicide, but will rarely attempt to damage Foundation assets or disrupt Foundation operations. For this reason, they are to be contained immediately; SCP-3001-4 will fade upon the destruction of SCP-3001-3.
