I'd probably give Georgia the entire fire control system along with the AEGIS fire control system because the early Ticos didn't have the VLS launch system modern Ticos have. The first five Tico's were pretty much Kidd-Class Destroyers that did have the same amount of of firepower as an early Tico but didn't have AEGIS Radar.
