I've edited my first post to show the information for the Assassin's Guild.

Name: Dante Neeson

Age: 19

Birth Region: Sanconia

Appearance: 5’7’’ (107.18 CM); waist length, black hair held together in a ponytail from the neck by a red hair band; purple eyes; lean muscles. He wears a dark blue tee shirt that is mostly covered by a thin, black jacket that goes slightly past the waist and the sleeves stop just short of his wrists. He also wears dark grey, formfitting pants and black shoes made for running. He also wears a gold bracelet on his left wrist and a matching anklet on his right ankle.

Bio: Dante had a relatively normal childhood. He lived in the middle class, not too rich not too poor. He grew with two people who could use magic. One of which became a priest and the other a mage. He wanted to join the army so he practiced sword fighting from an early age. As a gift for his thirteenth birthday, the local blacksmith made him a sword that he would later call Zanpakuto.

At the age of 17, his village was attacked by demons. They managed to fight them off but his mother and father died in the process. Seeking vengeance, he tracked down his childhood friends and got his enchanted bracelet, anklet, and hair band from the mage and the priest enchanted his sword to make it effective against demons and the undead. It was then that he named it. Since then, he’s been traveling the land slaying demons and, on occasions, necromancers.

Personality: Dante doesn’t seem to take much of anything seriously. He goes about most of his fights as if they were a game and as such doesn’t always fight at his peak. When he does take the fight seriously, his opponent is usually in trouble. He also has a very uncaring attitude. If he is in a town and it is attacked, whether he saves it or not depends on if he liked it or not.

Weapon: The Zanpakuto. A long, single edged sword approximately three feet in length, two and one-half inches in width, and one inch think opposite of the edge. Its edge guard and handle are black while the blade is polished steel. The handle is also textured to help him keep his grip. The sword has been blessed to be highly effective against demons and the undead.

Other: His bracelet, anklet, and hair band are enchanted. The bracelet can increase his strength for twenty minutes and his anklet can increase his speed for the same time. After the twenty minutes are up, they take an hour to recharge (unless he doesn’t use all twenty minutes then it takes an hour minus how much time he has left). His hair band increases his reflexes permanently. All of them, especially his bracelet and anklet, drain him though. He can collapse from exhaustion faster than most people.

Well, given that it is a sword that is effective against demons and it fits with me giving things Japanese names, nothing else wold work.

Yeah, and I have an idea for him in terms of a Cursed with Awesome or Blessed with Suck kind of thing caused by Vallegrave.

Shoot.

Basically, Vallegrave takes some of Argageres and condenses it into a little "bullet", and basically shoots him. He survives, and instead of finding his health deteriorating... he begins drastically improving, becoming very visibly stronger and able to regenerate, but he starts becoming progressively more of an Eldritch Abomination every time he wakes. This effect ends after a certain event involving Zero Edge.

If "wakes" is literal, then once he realizes the negative side effects he will try to figure out how long he can go without sleep without screwing up his abilities too badly. If it turns out to be a big enough difference from his usual sleep schedule then he'd follow it until the Zero Edge thing.

I was also planning on having Zanpakuto breaking and him getting a new BFS of demonic origin (and taking it to his priest friend so he can remove the negative effects like it trying to posses him). That sword could also slow down the effect so we can have a longer time to get to Zero Edge.

as for what he looks like if worst comes to worst with him retaining humanity, basically, think like he is slowly bursting at the seems, tentacles and eyes becoming apparent inside. Brr...

So, you are still accepting applications, right? Just warning you, I have not played any of the series, though I do play DND. I'm am a role-player, and I will probably try to find a diplomatic solution. Why kill someone when you can have them kill someone else for you?

So, do you have any objections to my character being of the opposite gender? I like roleplaying men and women, seeing the different reactions people have to certain action, et cetera.

I don't see why not. I've made several female characters myself and shall make one for this RP eventually. Of course, by "make" I probably mean "alter an old one". I've made around 30 characters for online R Ps and that list just keeps getting bigger...

Bio: Decending from a noble house, Kiera is the current heir of Stärke, the courageous, a noble who stood against the fearsome hordes of Sarkoroth, the land of shadows, many millenia ago. She fights with the heart of a true warrior, through her own strength, prefering to rely on herself rather than the somewhat unpredictable art of magic. As a child, she was brought up to be polite and courteous, while at the same time learning the art of combat. Her mother and father remain alive, but they cannot travel forth to the frontlines, for their sense of duty to protect their people requires them to stay behind, and fight to their last breath, should the enemy make it to thier gates. Kiera, however, feels that her duty is not merely to her people, but to all. And so, she left the citadel she had spent her entire life in, traveling forth to smite back the evil that descends upon the land, or die in the attempt.

It's German for Honor... Go to google translate, English to German,type in honor, and click "listen". Her last name is Dutch for strength, and her knife is german for guardian.

Oops. Her house's name is dutch for strength. Her last name is dutch for sword edge.

Hmm... Taco somewhat complained about me using several Japanese names ("sakkaku" means "illusion"). Maybe he will be happy with the more-fitting-if-this-was-based-in/on-the-real-world German names.
