@Random Chaos
In the old show it was Vulturemman.
Nice job bringing him up btw. Makes me think that the leader of the birds city will betray his people and side with Mumm-ra.

"I don't give a rat's ass about going to hell. I guess it's because I feel like I'm already there." -MugenI like how some random side character is given the name Horus/Horace.
@Enzeru
lol yeah.
"I don't give a rat's ass about going to hell. I guess it's because I feel like I'm already there." -MugenWay is a vulture the leader? wouldn't an Eagle or owl make more science?
With the power of a dragon I can make up for my inability to spill.Yeah I suppose

"I don't give a rat's ass about going to hell. I guess it's because I feel like I'm already there." -MugenDid anybody else expect the local Darth Vader to be waiting at the dinner in the Cloud City?
"Show us the Galaxy Warp."I did :)
But yeah, very much a Cloud City vibe, and just makes this show seem more 80's, but a good kind of 80's, not the dumb tacky and dated sort of 80's.
Vultureman is Vultaire now. Much better, not too different like Addicus. I expect he may side with Mumm-Ra, but right now he doesn't seem to have much reason to. He's already the leader of his people, but I guess he might do it out of revenge.
I was glad to see a new version of the Feliner, and the return of the hoverboards, but I really hope the Berbils can build another Thundertank. It just won't be the same without the tank.
I was also glad to see some more flash backs. It kind of helps explain further why some animals have it worse off than others. It's the races with the power stones that are the most cultured, powerful, and/or advanced. I counted eight different animal races on Mumm-Ra's ship. We know the Cats, Elephants, and Birds all have a stone. It's safe to assume that the Dogs, Lizards, Rats and Monkeys didn't get any, so by process of elimination, the blue stone must be with the Tiger Sharks. I hope we get a second season.
I think I know how the Kittens are going to get help. If they have the Forever bag, they can fit all the help they need into it and fly back up to the city.
Panthro's phobias are funny. They fit his character; he's an Old Soldier and a badass, but he can be really fun too.

Thunder, Thunder, Thunder...I like that this series airs out the Cat Clan's dirty laundry. With the original, it seemed only the fluffy kitties were the only good things in middle Earth.
I wonder why people always get that idea to "split something up" instead of "sending it back". lol

With the power of a dragon I can make up for my inability to spill.I kind of feel bad for the Lizard and Jackal leaders from the past. They agreed to help Leo, and he goes and gives the other three stones to someone else.
I checked my DVR, and I'm very sure the last stone is with the Sharks. The hand that takes it have webbing on it.
Thunder, Thunder, Thunder...@Hcob
No not really. Nice comparison though. That scene feels a lot like the one in Cloud City. Hopes I'm right about Vultureman appearing or the bird brain in charge of the city (Whatever the hell his name is) joins Mumm-ra.
"I don't give a rat's ass about going to hell. I guess it's because I feel like I'm already there." -MugenSo we have: Warstone, red, in the hilt of the Sword, owned by the cats. Soulstone, pink, now in Lion-o's gauntlet, formerly held by the elephants. Techstone (really?), green, in the possesion of the birds since the ship crash. We don't know anything about the last stone excapt that it's blue.
In Leo's battle with Mumm-Ra which stone did he grab off the old bone bag?
Actually, if you pay close attention, we can tell that the blue stone is held by the Tiger Sharks, through process of elimination and by looking at the webbing of the hand that takes it.
Leo took the green tech stone in the flash back, and I guess it is what helped form his armor. The spirit stone isn't capable of that, it could only form one arm of the armor while in the astral plane. The spirit stone can protect against energy based attacks, while the tech one creates armor for physical attacks, but these are just a few of their powers. if the spirit stone can bring people back from the dead, I'm guessing the tech stone could be used to build machines. They can probably use it to rebuild the Thundertank.
As for the blue stone, it's all speculation at this point. I think one of its powers may be ice related, or have some control over elemental or natural forces and materials. We have raw power (war stone), spiritual magic (spirit stone), and technology (tech stone). Having something elemental would fit, and none of the other cats have powers like that. I thought that time control could be its power, but that seems like it could be overkill.

Thunder, Thunder, Thunder...Techstone (really?)
That was my exact impression.
It sounds silly, but I honestly can't think of a better name for it :/ Mech Stone really isn't any better. Neither is Circuit Stone or Data Stone.

Thunder, Thunder, Thunder...I'd like Data or Mech Stone, actually.
Pumyra needs to work on her anger.
The whole episode I was going "damn girl"
Pumyra be a bit crazy
@Cholee 12
Same here. Pummyra is like a female anime version of Tommy De Vito from Goodfellas. Would it kill ya to act a bit more feminine and save that rage for when in battle. Wai- it's not just she acting like Tommy De Vito but she's like a more vicious version of Hawkgirl from Justice League. I hope Pummyra shoving Lion-O last episode doesn't mess up their relationship next ep.
"I don't give a rat's ass about going to hell. I guess it's because I feel like I'm already there." -Mugen
You should be careful when saying someone needs to be more "feminine" but you did get the genual point I was making.
Woman gotta calm herself the hell down! It was understandable against the slavers but would it kill her to be a little more level headed?
At least now she HAS an identifieable personality, which is more than can be said of the Pumyra from the old series. Or Tygra. Or Bengali. Or about half the cast really.
Every time someone mentions Dog city I always flash back to this.

@Will Keaton
Yeah, that be true. Not that I'm saying that I dislike Pummyra's portrayal in this series but Pummyra being off her rocker does get irritating sometimes. Lion-O being shoved around by her when having to make a hard decision look like a Hen Pecked Husband.
@Chloee
Yeah, I know. Saying that to a girl in person would get ya smacked (not that I would ever say something like that).
"I don't give a rat's ass about going to hell. I guess it's because I feel like I'm already there." -MugenMaybe time spent around Lion-O will eventually mellow out some of Pumyra's more violent tendencies. Maybe...
I don't think the Thundercats can afford her going Leeroy Jenkins every other episode.
"Oh no, Sanji's Chronic Simprosis!" - Kou The MadPumyra is afraid of getting on friendly terms because her cat-cycle biological clock is going off and the twins have shown what a rotten world it is to raise a kitten in.
"Show us the Galaxy Warp."
what was the vulture's name?
