Phil Buni, Folded Reality and That Jerk with a Camera are great contributors. Todd and Rap Critic are fantastic blokes too.

I like the Happy Video Game Nerd too.

With all the pretty people who think they've got it made

Steam Profile
Brokenshell44
RebelTaxi. Basically, a cartoon man in silly clothing named Pan Pizza sits in a space ship while snarkily reviewing Cartoon Network shows and related material (comics, videogames, what have you) and other things (MLP, random videogame, other cartoons, etc.) One thing I like about the show is that while it is very snarky, he doesn't devolve into the typical Nostalgia Filter whining most 90's cartoon fans are so quick to go to. Also, he posted the first half of his Toonami retrospective the night of Toonamis April 1 comeback completely by accident.

This hat doesn't fit!
EDIT: In fact, I already mentioned it!

However, on the topic of LGR, he's part of this Retroware site now, or something, which most likely entails reviews of retro stuff.

Rowely C's "Tv Trash" is a pretty solid show if you are a fan of early Nostalgia Critic.
The smartest idiot you will ever meet.
Mustelidae = awesome
I agree that Todd in the Shadows is underrated.

Another one that I really enjoy is The Cartoon Hero. His production quality is kind of low, but he makes up for it with tight writing.

Interesting up-and-coming show: Oddity Archive. An overlook of obsolete technology and media trends mostly. Frequently quite witty and always informative and fascinating. Definitely Needs More Love.
The Movie Explorer: discovering oddities from the cinematic jungle.
Y: Ruler of Time. Admittedly, he's hampered by his low video output. He's been with the sight for about 3 years and aside from Weekly Manga Recap (his weekly podcast with Rollo T) he's put out about 30 videos.

A banana
@Twentington: I don't think Todd's overrated. He's probably one of the more famous TGWTG contributors that aren't Doug, Lewis, or Brad.

Just awesome like that
I think Todd was very underrated for the first few months of his show. Now? He seems to be doing pretty good for himself, and I commend that. I'd say at this point he's rated just about right. (It helps that he's the only music review on the site who reviews music with any degree of regularity.)

I'd like to nominate TV Trash. Though his production quality isn't the highest and his storylines really don't work for me, he's very good at reviewing shows and giving them fair chances (hell, his Hannah Montana review is a testament to his open-mindedness) and at digging up obscure crap that no one else would probably be willing to highlight [lol]
Insert witty and clever quip here.

My music.
Uniocular
Not sure if they really count, as they both have a sizable subscriber base, but I rarely hear them brought up, so: Chaotic Monki (AKA Cry) and Al Chestbreach.

They're both very funny (and very different) game commentators who have pretty high production values (Cry more than Al, but at least Al knows the value of a good cut) in their videos.

Al can be a bit immature sometimes, and makes some tasteless jokes, and Cry looks up guides a bit quicker than I feel he should, and also sometimes gets creepily in-character reading dialogue, but otherwise, they're bot really really good.

I'm...not sure if he'd fit here, but I'd like to mention Antisocialfatman, he was mostly a pc gamer and he eventually planned to move onto consoles, but sadly he had a severe pulmonary embolism last year in October. He was only 27 when he died T.T

I loved his style because as opposed to going for a straight comedy or angry review, he was very analytical and not only gave games points for gameplay, graphics, and stories, but also developers who weren't afraid to alienate potential players by giving them a challenge. Among my favorites was his reviews on the F.E.A.R. games, partly because his favorite was the original F.E.A.R. just like me ^-^. He also had a passion for indie games.

Everyone on Mr. Coat and Friends.

BunnyHopShow needs some love

They're my new favorite

Also thanks for recommending Cry. He's great.

Awesome Zombie Hunter
I have some:

  • Stan Burdman, as mentioned earlier. He does cohesive and critical reviews of old and new PC and console games. Some of his early reviews aren't so good, but he's improved a lot over the years.
  • filmnstuff, who specializes in retro reviews of games and special segments for "Levels from Hell" and "Stupid Boss Battles". Entertaining for anyone who's been a frustrated gamer.
  • Weird Video Games, Exactly What It Says on the Tin
  • DMJared, who does one-minute reviews of recent games and longer reviews of older ones. I discovered him through one of the threads on here. He's currently doing an awesome Dragon Ball Z video game retrospective.

Here's one that I have a strange kind of affection for: Anthony Sotelo, a.k.a. The Obscure.. His show is similar in premise to The Nostalgia Critic, but with far more esoteric (and often bizarre) subject matter, like '50s filmstrips and low-budget religious children's shows... and, to be honest, I like it a lot more than that more famous show, mainly because despite his silly, silly schtick, the character hosting this show isn't the main attraction. I really appreciate that.

Also, Needs More Gay is wonderful and I wish it were updated more.

P.S. Also, Folding Ideas is a really smart show. Simple, but enjoyable and quite thoughtful. Watch it.

[up]Speaking of...Season 3 of Folding Ideas has finally begun.
The Movie Explorer: discovering oddities from the cinematic jungle.
Gigguk, an anime reviewer who has an English accent and does rants in the vein of Zero Punctuation. He's incredibly funny with his snarky attitude and memorable quotes, and his opinions are actually pretty well-thought-out and unbiased (unless it's School Days.)

Which way to the evil wizard?
Somecallme Johnny. Very underrated in my opinion. He also runs a Let's Play channel. He's pretty funny and he's an animator.
The system doesn't know you right now, so no post button for you.
You need to Get Known to get one of those.
