Okay I'm gonna explain who the characters are in my avatar because trying to guess them is missing my point (that D/D/Ds are never gonna get a Ritual)

The characters are of the band Plasmagica, from the Game/Anime Show by Rock!!. Any resemblance to Touhou characters is coincidental.

I'd say any resemblance is intentional.

BTW has anyone considered using those cards with the Xiang magicians. Or are the RL effects impractical for getting the Wetlands Boost on the Xyz?

Xiangke Magician can only treat Xyz Monsters as having a level for the purpose of Xyz Summon.

Y'know, in his last couple Duels Yusei had a bunch of new monsters that were never released. Most of them were ridiculously situational so that may be why. A lot of their designs sucked too. Like this hideous thing◊.

I see so their offensive potential is limited to mid-tier beaters and control.

Not gonna be Tier one yet, though I can see people teching cards like Banner of Courage, Burden of the Mighty and other passive ATK modifiers to get them to the 3000+ range (in addition to Wetlands)

Structure Deck Pendulum Domination announced.

It is new Structure Deck based on "the Pendulum Summon as visualized by Reiji Akaba", meaning we will be able to do all types of Summons with this.

Oh so that's how the TCG gets the bulk of the D/D/D's from the first pack huh?

Something I've been wondering for a while now: just how MANY new archetypes does Konami release per year?

Just this year we've gotten PSYFRAME, Kozmo, Kaiju, Burgesstoma, Speedroid, Greydle and more that I probably haven't mentioned.

That's not counting the support for existing archetypes or the 'creation' of new archetypes by means of supporting an existing series, such as Red-Eyes, Odd-Eyes, Monarchs, Stardust, Red Dragon Archfiend, BLS/Gaia/Kuriboh, etc.

Many of the ones you mentioned are region specific at first, which is a great way to get the numbers up, and unfortunately, Kaiju just consists of three cards for now. New Dinos please, Konami...

I think I'll be a dick and try a deck revolving around two Odd-Eyes Gravity, two Flare Metal and one or two Chain Energy. Two moves or die.

But since that seems unrealistic, maybe one Gravity, two Flare Metal, and one or two Chain Energy. Win in four moves or die.

Hopefully something that makes the Tyranno monsters playable because they have some pretty cool artwork.

Number 64 summons a token with its effect and then Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon activates its effect. Since the token is not an effect monster, nothing happens to that token, right?.

Yeah. 107's effect is worded so that it only affects effect monsters.

No, it's not worded like that, I'm afraid. "Negate effects" and "reset atk" are separate and both can be applied without the other.

In "Do A, also do B", both A and B happen simultaneously. Neither is required for the other to occur.

Since tokens are given their original ATK by their summoning card, and Kagemusha Tokens are ?ATK Kagemusha Token's ATK will become 0.
