I admit, Crimzon Clover hasn't really been out long enough for appreciation of any sort, but considering the genre...
Nightmare Ned is criminally under-appreciated in general and so is its soundtrack.

Harmony of Dissonance's soundtrack is firmly in Love It or Hate It territory. I, for one, love it to death.
Prelude to the Void / The Prelude of Empty Skies from Final Fantasy V doesn't seem to get too much attention, but it makes for one of the more unique, if offbeat, The Very Definitely Final Dungeon themes in the series. If anything, it's much better than that obnoxious tune that plays on the last floor, In Search of Light.
