Correct. They will be added to the retail version like everything else with Robo-Fortune's update, but until then it's quarantined to the beta.

L0's already said there's gonna be another extended version at a later point that highlights the special features of the PS4/Vita versions of 2nd Encore.

It's slightly old news by now, but expect an "exciting reveal" at L0's Anime Expo panel!

As much as i'm sure everyone here would hope for some kind of reveal of new SG content, this is probably something on what L0 will be doing after this game gets completed and production officially halts. Either way, it's gotta be something awesome for them to hype us up and wait until the panel for a reveal like this.

I got three s on what we're gonna see.

The announcement of a brand-new game from L0. (Most-likely)
The announcement of Annie as DLC (second-most likely)
The announcement of Guest Fighters Beck and/or Call. Or Story DLC for MN 9 that will have Beck and Call go against the SG characters. (as much as I would love to have this or the other happen, I'm afraid I'll have to peg these two as least-likely to happen.)

I am tentatively hype, mostly because it is indeed a way for the guys to let other creative avenues actually exist. They do love Skullgirls, but I don't think it is a secret they want to do other stuff.

2nd Encore patch is out for all consoles and all regions today! Robo-Fortune not available yet on PS 3 from what I saw though. Maybe she's in the PS 4 or Vita version? What's her release date again?

^^ She comes out today, but hasn't yet been launched on all consoles yet. PS4 got her so early due to 2nd Encore having everyone off the bat, no DLC required.

Some of the reward tiers gave access to all characters they proposed if/when they released. Robo-Fortune was one of them.

2)The DLC characters are available to everyone that gets it up until 3 months after they are released.
