You eat nine spiders a year raw in your sleep.

Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.I'm assuming you mean allergic to raw meat and you can still eat, like, raw carrots and apples.

I love raw meat and fish. I had a bad experience with oysters once, so I stopped eating them (but they were not my favourite seafood anyway).
Whatever your favourite work is, there is a Vocal Minority that considers it the Worst. Whatever. Ever!.I van basically only stand seafood in ceviche.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.I have trouble understanding what this ones's talking about.
These are the cases where Explain xkcd helps. It sometimes tends to overexplain things, as is the case for this comic. It also has a Don't Explain the Joke feeling when you read it.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.It's a play on the "Two Halves of the Brain" stuff in the popular media. Supposedly your artist self is in your right half, and your scientist self is in the left half, and blah blah.
Oh, lord. He just touched a sore spot with me: the idea that everyone gets to have their own personal idea of how a story goes that they can use as a counterargument whenever you want to discuss the actual story. "Headcanon" can go flush itself.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Here's the thing: the Doctor is Frankenstein. Victor Frankenstein.
The monster? He's called "Adam". Both him and Victor consider Adam to be Victor's "son".
So the monster is Frankenstein. Adam Frankenstein.
Of course, there's also the interpretation that Frankenstein (Victor) is the real monster.
"Headcanon" is supposed to fill the holes in the story, not supersede the story itself...
Worldbuilding is fun, writing is a choreSo you think.
Headcanon as a concept is not without merit, but it does greatly annoy me when people try to put it above actual canon. See it a lot in Tumblr fandoms.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Maybe it's just me, but the alt-text seems to be a clear sign that we're being trolled. Nothing good comes of bringing "The Doctor" into arguments about titles not matching names...

Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation. The whole comic is a clear sign that we are being trolled. IMO.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.I think that headcanons are just good fun, and give people something to talk about. I see nothing wrong with them. I loved the comic. How is it trolling?

Well, peoples' issues with headcanons seem to stem from people with them insisting that theirs' trumps the actual canon.
Plus, Frankenstein's Monster is not actually itself called "Frankenstein".
You know, there's a comic that addresses this...
