No, I meant the comic. I'm wondering what the punchline is.

There was something like this once as I remember. With Beret Guy, I think.

Also, the Alt Text is especially funny here.

Why haven't we built a big, inflatable sports complex on the Moon? Come on, engineers, get on it! Chop chop!

All it takes is enough money thrown toward the endeavor.

(Easier said than done, of course.)

This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...

And of course, when we do build settlements on the Moon, we're going to have to build them underground.

I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.

What's the deal with Miranda?

Well, her father genetically engineered her to be perfect in every way, but then tried to replace her with a younger model. She escaped and was taken in by a terrorist group named Cerberus, which naturally formed some of her preconceptions about the galaxy-
Wait, what do you mean that Miranda is a moon of Uranus?

No, no, the deal with Miranda is that the Alliance used it to test out a drug called Pax to make everyone peaceful, but it backfired, and that's where Reavers come from and why nobody's heard of a planet called Miranda.

Anyone who assigns themselves loads of character tropes is someone to be worried about.

Well, Oort proposed it as a theory to explain where all these comets are coming from, but it was later found.

Wikipedia still calls it "theoretical", and says that "no confirmed direct observations of the Oort cloud have been made".

Well it's supposed to as far as two light years from the sun. And since it would be composed of proto-comets, which are small and don't reflect light until they come closer to the sun, it would be rather hard to detect with our current means.
