But dinosaurs is a very broad term
. Is it possible that some of them had feathers, while others had scales? Heck, what if some of them had hair (I find it unlikely though)?

Worldbuilding is fun, writing is a chore
It's easy enough to find a featherless parrot, and it really doesn't look all that different from a roast chicken or turkey beside it still having the head and feet. Probably the same for an eagle.
