You can not go to Utah again after you have eaten Utah and have not eaten.Skinny Puppy - "Assimilate" (Believe it or not, the first SP song I ever listened to. I liked what I heard, and the rest is history... It's from their first album and is much more sparse and atmospheric than their later, chaotic and collage-like approach to things, but it uses the "emptier" approach to its benefit, I think. Classic Electro-Industrial. )
The Jam — "Start!"
Kick the Can Crew - Sayonara Sayonara
Why were you born in such a cruel, violent world?Rush - 2112 (The Temples of Syrinx)
DJ Noriken - Coming True

Why were you born in such a cruel, violent world?1000 Homo D Js - "Supernaut" (Yup, it's a Black Sabbath cover- and an awesome one at that. Not to mention it's got Trent Reznor on vocals- distorted as they may be- and Al Jourgensen and some other Ministry guys doing most of the rest of the work. Great stuff. )
Incidentally, it's the original version, not the one where Al re-did the vocals, that I'm listening to. Both good though.
Planet X - Quantum Factor
Da Tweekaz - Hewwego
Here we go!
Why were you born in such a cruel, violent world?Ines — In the Dark of Night
Specifically, this is Ines Project, spearheaded by keyboardist Ines Fuchs, not to be confused with any other artist called Ines. Vocals are by her husband Hansi Fuchs, along with Harald Bareth (of Anyone’s Daughter) and Italian singer Chicco Grosso (ex-Asgard and Aufklärung).
Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883!REM - Radio Free Europe —> Pilgrimage
Bob Seger - School Teacher
Doctors of Madness — Mainlines
The missing link between the avant-garde edge of prog (think Van der Graaf Generator), glam rock (Bowie/Roxy/Cockney Rebel) and (post-) punk (early Ultravox and Japan). The use of “low budget orchestra” (layers of guitars and electric violin) is pretty astouding!
Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883!While I can see why their earlier pre-Cowboys from Hell stuff wasn't really successful, it doesn't mean it's bad. I'm actually enjoying I Am the Night, and Power Metal is also really good.
青龍 - Time to Air
