  • The description of Aziraphale after he is tortured by Satan for several hours can also hit pretty hard. Apparently his wings were torn off and he looked something like raw hamburger.

  • The fact that angelic singing kills demons was foreshadowed, although it was easy to miss.
• Tear Jerker: Aziraphale's torture.
  • As well as his reaction to falling. He takes it pretty well, all things considered, but for a little while he just breaks down and sobs.
