Sonic Chaos Adventure is an upcoming, fan-made webcomic based on Sonic the Hedgehog. It is created by Team Chaos, led by Soulite and Ways the Lyoko Gem. The series will be in a Motion Comic format, but with sprite animation for the fighting scenes. It was set to premiere on YouTube in the first half of 2021 but has been delayed to an unknown date.
In an alternate series of events taking place after Sonic Lost World, Dr. Eggman has been defeated once and for all. However, Team Sonic has split up after a fallout with each other. When Dr. Eggman suddenly returns, it’s up to Sonic and Tails to get the team back together. Meanwhile, Eggman is joined by newcomer Cordovan with Orbot and Cubot.

- Age Lift: Exaggerated. All the major characters are grown-up:
- Sonic - 15 to 17
- Tails - 8 to 14
- Knuckles - 16 to 18
- Amy - 12 to 15
- Cream - 6 to 13
- Shadow - 50+ (???)
- Rouge - 18 to 19
- Silver - 14 to 16
- Blaze - 14 to 16 note
- Alternate Timeline: The creators have changed the timeline and adapted some of the mainline games out, most likely because said games aren't exactly the best.
- Animation Bump: In "What is SCA?", The Lyoko Gem discusses the possibility of having fully animated scenes in the future.
- Art Evolution: Compare the old logo to the new one in the "Loading..." video.
- Art Shift: The mundane scenes will be in a regular motion comic format, but the action-packed scenes will be done in sprite animation. The opening will be done in full 2D animation.
- Retcon: Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 4, Sonic Forces and the Sonic Advance trilogy are Adapted Out of the timeline. note
