Tropes
- Adaptational Nice Girl: Salt is originally an Attention Whore and Abhorrent Admirer towards OJ. But this comic downplays it and she is shown to be genuinely helpful.
- Adaptational Villainy: Test Tube in canon is a well-intentioned Ditzy Genius, but here, she is portrayed as a Mad Scientist who kidnaps people and commits Cold-Blooded Torture on them for her experiments.
- Ambiguous Ending: After the victims escape from Test Tube, they talk about seeing a doctor to check the injuries they gained from her experiments. As of if they get cured back to normal or not remains unknown.
- Bloodier and Gorier: The source material shows many characters getting injured or torn apart without leaving any blood due to them being animate inanimate objects in a Object Show. But this comic does not shy away from that during their Cold-Blooded Torture.
- Bloody Horror: Test Tube's experiments on the characters harm them and cause leaving a lot of blood.
- Cold-Blooded Torture: Test Tube does many cruel and vile experiments on others "in the name of science".
- Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Test Tube is willing to kidnap others and commit wicked and cruel acts on them, but she is shown to have a soft spot for Fan and even promises Fan will not get kidnapped. Meanwhile Fan has no idea Test Tube is actually the kidnapper.
- Eye Scream: Throughout the comic, Test Tube often uses syringes on her victims' eyes.
- Hollywood Acid: When Knife finds the victims and try to free them from the secret lab, Test Tube shows up to splash acid onto him which melts his lips.
- It's All My Fault: Alot of characters are in the belief that others suffering causrd by Test Tube is their fault despite they have no control over it. Only before someone else comforts them.
- Mad Scientist: Test Tube is willing to commit kidnapping and Cold-Blooded Torture for her scientific experiments.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: After getting captured by Test Tube, OJ gives this to Salt.OJ: You know what!? We wouldn't be here if it wasn't you! You should've listened!
Salt: W-what?
OJ: YEAH! It's YOUR fault! You follow me around like a dog but couldn't even listen when it was IMPORTANT! - Shock Collar: Test Tube uses these to force her victims to obey her.
- Why Did You Make Me Hit You?: Whenever a victim disobeys Test Tube's orders, she uses shock collars on them before saying it is their fault for using violence against them.
