SpongeBob SickPants and his version of Patrick would be good friends with Lord X and MX should they ever meet.
Much like MX and Lord X, they are larger versions of the original characters who are Ax-Crazy, yet have the same friendly mannerisms as their original counterparts when they're not killing. They also manage to be capable of friendship despite their evil behavior. The only real difference is that SpongeBob's murders are Played for Laughs rather than how dead serious Lord X and MX are played. But having a more narmy portrayal in their respective mods rounds this out. So it's not too off the table.

- Spongebob from Narmak's Spongebob Anime would make for a fine addition to the mod's cast.
- Coconut Fred since he is a ripoff of SpongeBob.
- The Tortured One from The Bikini Bottom Horror. Boyfriend might transform into a kaiju for this battle.
