Hello, I'm Nario, with a subname in most places, most commonly NarioSM8 or the subname was based on what I am using the service for.
At some point in mid-2023, I first came there because I was finding a good place to find the definition of Irony, but left afterwards, since I didn't need anymore than that. But, at one point in September 2023, I searched up 'Party Crashers Wiki', and since there was no full-on wiki about them yet (nor is good enough to use), TV Tropes was and is still the best option. and a week later, I made an account. Then the more I used it, the more stuff I found that was on the site. I even made a page!

- Broken Pedestal:
- I once dreamed of learning how to play the BOXX controller for Melee, however, the most dumb thing I saw was the Nerf to Kirby, one of the worst character and happens to by my primary main, which the nerf stopped you from double jumping without turning. Sure, it was for Jigglypuff and Kirby is so close to them, but that still made me forget about the BOXX as the controller I should use for Melee.
- Sophist overall is my least favorite (Party) Crashers (the whole time from watching Party Crashers), but seeing that he was the main reason for Vernias' 1 coin loss to Brent on his birthday, I don't feel bad for him losing Mario Party much. Even Mario Party 3's Deep Bloober Sea. Plus with his video style not being my thing, and you have someone that I don't watch/support compared to the other Crashers.
- In April 17th, 2024, someone (not named, but they are a main editor for the Party Crashers) removed the TCNick3 thing from my Sandbox page with a dedicated page. When I saw that the pages was cut in April 21st due to the cut of the Let's Play namespace, combine with some stuff from Real Life, made me very angry and the little thing I had with TVTropes increased tenfold at that time. I have since calm down about this.
- Contrasting Replacement Character:
- My Party Project mains is different from each other. They are Knight (the only main pre-v0.95) and Colin (The most known Party Crashers editor). Came full circle in Birthday Luck does not exist., with the video being a Party Project 'Team Match' game, my team was those two mains, with the latter being who I controlled.
- Pre-v0.97.1 in Party Project, I had a crew of CPUs I always play against. The main ones that was always there was Maphee and Bracket, however, the third CPU changes. Originally, it was Sue, then switched to golf (Yes, that is how you type their name), then right before the update v0.97.1, I was thinking of switching to Strix, but I didn't play a game for Strix to become the third CPU in time. Now, I use the random option built in v0.97.1 and later or pick which one I want, which does not always have Bracket, Maphee, golf nor Strix to be there. (With this was a bad idea not having any of them.)
- My Super Smash Bros. main is Kirby, however, I have secondary mains, like Marth.

- I like Mario Party so much that I even like the Car Era of Mario Party. You can't get me to like Mario Party 5 much though.
- I also find Mario Party 2 to be the worst Nintendo 64 Mario Party. I find it still good, just the worst N64 title.
- I also like Kirby, but you also can't get me to like Kirby Air Ride or any game made by Shinichi Shimomura/Dark Matter Trilogy compared to the other Kirby games.
- I just don't like games with story much. I am looking at you two. This is really a big deal for the second game, since that is my second 3D Mario I 100%.
- I like Mario Party so much that I even like the Car Era of Mario Party. You can't get me to like Mario Party 5 much though.
- Flat "What": Conbined with 'wut', I have done this too many times to count.
- Harsher in Hindsight: In Jan-Feb, 2024, I made comments on both yuzu stuff, with me talking about Log being on yuzu on Discord, and talking to Strix about them playing Tomodachi Life on Citra, even being the top quote on this very page for February 2024. Both of them are now gone in early March 2024, due to a lawsuit from Nintendo, though yuzu lives by other ways.
- Insistent Terminology: I use this a lot, like 'what' for 'wut', 'stuff' for 'suff' and 'games' for 'gams'. So basically shortening the words.
- Ironic Nickname: Despite where my nickname came from, my favourite Mario character is Luigi, not Mario.

- As a replacement for my old Youtube username 'Nario The Great', I have my name as 'NarioGamer' in late-2021... then the next video from 2022 was not a gaming video and uploading a non-gaming video in 2023 again. Changed then I uploaded my tetr.io video during early-2024.note
- I used to have Mario content up on my Youtube channel. The current video games on my channel are Video Game/Party Project, ''Chiki's Chase and Platfrom/Wii series games, which are not Mario video games.
- My Nayme Is: Since my name being based on Mario, and some people who is called Mario, people do say my name as Mario instead of Nario.
- One time, one of the Party Crashers' editor got my old Twitch name (NarioMine) as 'MineMario'. As soon as that happen, I changed my Twitch name to NarioSM8.
- Only Known by Their Nickname: I do not disclose my real name and go as my nickname (Nario) instead.
- Play the Game, Skip the Story: No matter if it's a video game, or other medias, I don't care about the lore. (Sometimes, this is subverted, but only in places where the only reason to read it is due to lore. The main one is the Twilight Princess manga.)
- TV Tropes Will Ruin Your Life: I have edit in times I should not be, like at midnight. Unlike other people however, the normal amount I have is 2-4 pages at a time, but earlier, I did have more than that, with a normal amount counting to 6 (Due to not knowing about the Following List) and the most I ever had is 16, still way less than other people have.
- 4 words: $1,000,000 dollar loss cue. I click on the Youtube link before going on the YMMV page of Who Wants to be A Millionaire... which has the song/tune on Nightmare Fuel. I clicked on it on the first week on April, 2024... and still have nightmares about it (as of the second week, however). Even worse? I don't even remember what the tune was. The whole time, the nightmares was about the thought of it.
- TV Tropes Will Enhance Your Life: As listed many times in this page alone though, I do really like this website, for many reasons, but one not listed is just how informal it is, and that is what I really want.

- Artificial Stupidity: In this was a bad idea, I noted during the first minigame (Shell Shocked; not the same as the one in Mario Party 2) had Brutal CPUs lose in the same spot everytime*, with the first Party Project video I released thumbnail being in the same spot that the CPUs died this game.
- Birthday Episode: On April 5th, 2024, which is my birthday, I recorded the session for Birthday Luck does not exist.
- Couch Gag: Every time I recorded with OBS + Audacity, I record my voice with Audacity first, then OBS, so it leads me to say something about doing the audio recording first, then the video.
- Creator Backlash\Old Shame\Missing Episode: All videos from 2021-2023 (Called 'Season 1' or 'Very Rocky Era') uploaded to my Youtube channel is either unlisted or privated, since rewatching though them made me cringe inside. Only videos made from 2024 onwards are public.
- Didn't Think This Through: I stopped sharing my Google Docs with my game ideas (thus, all my game ideas but Qkillful is no longer able to be seen), because I realised that Google Docs showed what my Gmail was if you looked at the 'Share' menu.
- Self-Imposed Challenge:
- I once did a challenge in pre-v0.9 Party Project's Koopa's Tycoon Town, where my goal was to get every building, using the 'Stars To Win' feature. The game was showcased in a Twitter thread.
- An another session of Party Project was made into a challenge, this time, a Raid Boss kind. However, since in v0.95.21, there was no handicap, as that was added the next update, I instead had to try and not get last against the very unfair "Brutal EX" CPUs. I won the challenge by getting second place, and the game result screen is here◊. This game was notably being streamed on the Party Project discord server with "MarioTheGre" being there for the game, due to us already played a game of Party Project via Parsec before this challenge.
- lose = end has me try to beat 7 minigames in a row without losing, against Brutal CPUs. I lost on the second minigame.

- Artificial Stupidity: A non-video game example. On this post on Bluesky, I use Google's Gemini AI for the history of the Life SMP. Not only did it make some mistakes (like saying that GeminiTay join in 3rd life and Rendog in Double Life), it got every thing wrong about Limited Life (seemingly from New Life SMP instead) and got who won that season wrong.Winner according to AI to the real winner (Spoiler!)
