• Crossdressing Voices: The Sea Queen was voiced by Justin Roiland.
• Descended Creator: Christian Jacobs, the co-creator of the show also voiced Plex.
• Screwed by the Network: The show was adored for several years, but it eventually moved to the dedicated Nick Jr. channel (and to add insult to injury, it was the first Nick Jr. show to suffer this fate). As if that wasn't bad enough, the show often only aired reruns very early in the morning.
• What Could Have Been: According to the production blog, Gooble wasn't originally a complete reuse of Aquabats villain Obakemon, as the creators wanted to design Gooble more of an actual ghost. But this meant that he would be animated instead of a costume as they wanted him to be an actual character. They decided to go back to using Obakemon's design after a mistake with Muno's costume was made and repurposed it for Gooble.
