• Actor Allusion: Buraikan's debut song "BURAIKAN is Back" featured some basketball imagery throughout the music video. Kensho Ono and Jun'ichi Suwabe were previously apart of Kuroko's Basketball, with their characters coincidentally forming a duo as well.
• Acting for Two: The 'Raimentei' shop owner and Haruomi Shingu aka MC Shura are both voiced by Jun'ichi Suwabe. This has led to many people to wonder if they're actually the same person. They are.
• All-Star Cast:
  • The franchise packs in well-known names such as Ayumu Murase, Natsuki Hanae, Yūsuke Kobayashi, and Toshiyuki Toyonaga amongst rising names such as Gakuto Kajiwara, Ryota Takeuchi, Yu Hayashi, Junta Terashima, Takayuki Kondō, Shunichi Toki, Tasuku Hatanaka and Shogo Yano.
  • Interestingly, Paradox Live also features famous utaite 96Neko and Shima as members in BAE and Akan Yatsura respectively. Later additions are Kashitaro Ito in VISTY and Amatsuki in 1Nm8.
  • The reveal of Buraikan rounds out the cast with two heavy hitters: Kensho Ono and Jun'ichi Suwabe.
• Cross-Cast Role: Anne's stage actor, Riona Tatemichi, is female, while Anne is biologically male. However, Riona is well-known for her male roles such as Tuxedo Mask.
• Crossdressing Voices:
  • Anne's (biologically male) voice actor, 96neko, is female, while Anne is biologically male. However, 96neko is an Utaite known for being a ryouseirui (androgynous singer).
  • Dongha is voiced by Marina Inoue. She is known for her young boy and royal roles. In an interview, she revealed that she also auditioned for Aoi. Aoi (Ambiguous Gender, but leaning towards male given the Cast Herd) is voiced by Aimi.
• Defictionalization: Anne's own fashion brand SWANK sells real clothes, and the characters from the series are shown modelling for the brand.
  • During the 4th anniversary HEADS MEETING, Aoi mentions that they bought clothes from SWANK. Just four days before, Aimi was wearing the SWANK VARSITY JACKET in the video for PARARAI SHOPPING.
• Distaff Counterpart: Kotodama Shoujo -Microphone Soul Spinners-, also from the same label (avex). Interestingly, Kotodama Shoujo did a cover of BAE's "AmBitious!!!".
• Fan Community Nicknames: In general, all teams use "Heads", which is a word used to refer to fans of hip-hop culture.
  • Akan Yatsura calls their fans the "6th member".
  • VISTY, being an idol group, has their own fandom name "Stella".
• Flanderization: Invoked in the shuffle portion of Paradox Live on Stage THE LIVE. Whereas everyone else takes it seriously, Saimon turns half of Allen's lyrics into "I'm a phoenix". In turn, Allen and Anne imitate Saimon's baritone while standing straight and imitating Saimon's stance.
• Follow the Leader: On the receiving end of this trope, being a hip-hop/rap concept similar to Hypnosis Mic.
• No Export for You: For some reason, PRIDE, BAE and The Cat's Whiskers' stage battle album, is the only stage battle not available in iTunes outside Japan. However, the album can still be listened to on Spotify.
• Portmanteau Series Nickname: The series is often shortened as ParaLive.
• Role Reprise: As of Paradox Live on Stage vol.2 in 2023, Ryota Takeuchi is the only voice actor to reprise his role in the stage adaptation.
