• The Other Darrin: Cat, Jimmy, Tommy, Otto and Reggie are all voiced by soundalikes who sound very little like their original actors. Specifically, Tom Kenny replaced Jim Cummings as Cat, Lara Jill Miller replaced Debi Derryberry as Jimmy, and Colleen O'Shaughnessey replaced E.G. Daily as Tommy. It is unknown who Otto and Reggie's replacement actors are.
• Role Reprise: Tom Kenny reprises his roles as SpongeBob and Dog, Richard Steven Horvitz reprises Zim, Cheryl Chase reprises Angelica and Lacey Chabert reprises Eliza.
• Urban Legend of Zelda: There's a persistent rumor about a cheat code which supposedly unlocks four additional playable characters, though the exact characters are unknown. Inputting said code unlocks absolutely nothing.
• What Could Have Been:
  • A PS2 port was planned but scrapped due to the game's poor reception.
  • Unused sprites in the game's files suggest that Chuckie, Daggett, and Stimpy would've been playable at one point.
