- Creator Backlash: Lego ignores the series existence due to it being such a blatant deviance from their brand of toys, and being a huge sales flop didn't help. The Lego history book only mentions it in two very easy to miss anecdotes, one of which is solely about the Game Boy Advance tie in and with no pictures of the toys at all, and The LEGO Movie, which has a boatload of old and new Lego franchises cameo, didn't even acknowledge its existence until an Easter Egg in The LEGO Ninjago Movie.note
- Keep Circulating the Tapes: The show didn't last long in the first place and the much disparaged toyline was dead on arrival and an embarrassing failure for the Lego company (and obviously lost them a lot of cash they had gambled on funding the show, expecting to make up for it with sales of the toys), so Lego prefers to pretend the whole series never happened. Due to the show's esoteric status and lack of fan following, not to mention legal issues with Disney (who acquired the Fox Kids library) and the fact that CineGroupe and their library seem to have vanished from the face of the earth, it probably never will be released on home video.
- Screwed by the Network: As the Fox Kids block died, the show was cancelled after only two seasons.
