- All-Star Cast: The english dub was composed of notable voice actors like Kaiji Tang, D.C. Douglas, Zach Aguilar, Erika Harlacher, Cherami Leigh, Christine Marie Cabanos, Ray Chase, Keith Silverstein, Faye Mata, Rachel Robinson, Jon Bailey, and Richard Epcar. This also marks Christopher Bevins' first anime he directed in LA.
- Darkhorse Casting:
- The Gokudrolls were voiced by newer actresses in the Japanese version.
- The same goes in the Latin American Spanish dub for almost all the voice cast, with the sole exceptions of Inugame (Roberto Mendiola), George (Christian Stempler), Yui (Monserrat Aguilar), Steve (Pedro D'Aguillon Jr.), George's former girlfriend (Patricia Acevedo) and the owner of the cafeteria in the last episodes (Miguel Angel Sanroman).
- Playing Against Type:
- D.C. Douglas as a subordinate in contrast to someone like Wesker.
- Kaiji Tang usually voices such badassses like Junk Dog, Osamu Dazai, and Archer. Not so much here.
- Christine Marie Cabanos usually voices young women with pleasant personalities. here, she happens to be a former Yakuza member. So did Zach Aguilar, who usually voices young men.
- In the Live-Action Film, Natsumi Okamoto (Yumi Kajiki from the Live-Action Saki film adaptation), Ruka Matsuda (Poppy from Kamen Rider Ex-Aid) and Akame Sakanoue (Asuna from Ultraman X) as foul-mouthed Idol Singers.
- Playing with Character Type: Erika Harlacher and Cherami Leigh as Aily and Mari of the Gokudols. While they voice like the characters they usually portray, their characters here spewing a Cluster F-Bomb is quite different.
- Real-Life Relative: In the Latin American Spanish dub, Lina (George's new female identity) and George's former girlfriend's voice actresses (Cassandra and Patricia Acevedo respectively) are niece and aunt in Real Life.
