Tear Jerker / Monsters at Work

• The Downer Ending of "Lights! Camera! Chaos!" Tylor has lost the trust of all his friends, including Val, after the evidence of him being behind the leaky canisters, which was most likely planted, is found in his locker, and after he accuses Roger of being behind it. In response to this, a betrayed Tylor furiously quits the company and the last thing we see in the episode is Johnny getting a phone call from him, seemingly ready to accept his job offer.
  • It's even more heart-wrenching to consider that both Mike and Sulley, two of the friendliest monsters in the series, are so upset at Tylor with even the level-headed Sulley showing genuine anger that hasn't been seen since he called out Waternoose. Though this was mainly because of Tylor, just earlier, calling out Sulley for being a Horrible Judge of Character thinking he hired Roger without looking into his background, only to reveal he did and even turns Tylor's statement back on him for jumping to conclusions about Roger. For being such a Nice Guy and Gentle Giant, Sulley can be brutal with his statements when he needs to.
• Tylor scaring Ben in "Decent Into Fear". Like how Sulley unintentionaly scared Boo, here, Tylor intentionally (due to being stressed out) scares him and makes him cry. Tylor is deeply affected by it and didn't even want to scare Ben at first. It's enough to send him into a Heroic BSoD.
