- "You- you know what else friends don't do? Let each other die."-Kimberly Ann Hart
Tropes from round three of Foolish Mortals.
- Appropriate Animal Attire: Discussed again, with Basil shocked by Remy's nudity.
- Brought Down to Normal: Several of the curses for the first motive do this.
- Disney Acid Sequence: Randall Rech summons the Pink Elephants as walking hallucinogens for the fifth week's motive. He even calls out the trope by name, but he's not particularly happy about it.
- Foreign Cuss Word / Pardon My Klingon: Used by a few characters in lieu of English swear words. note
- I Am Not Weasel: Rocket may look like a raccoon, but call him one at your own risk. Has become something of a Running Gag.
- Killed Off for Real: Permanent death becomes a very real concern for the heroes once Hades stops the initial process that let the heroes avoid passing on to the next world.
- Pet the Dog: The host, Facilier, shows some degree of affection for Freddie, who is the daughter of his alternate self.
- Plot Tailored to the Party: Inverted by the first motive, which curses the characters by removing their greatest strengths or otherwise playing to their personal fears.
- Running Gag: Almost every week, there will be a fakeout death. Futhermore, the first three fakeout deaths are also the victims of the weeks after said fakeouts.
- Spaghetti Kiss: Kimberly tries to invoke this with Hiro and Marco. It doesn't work as intended, but they still kiss anyway.
- The Swear Jar: Mr. Arrow starts one early in the first week, but it's mostly ignored.
- True Love's Kiss: I mean, yeah, it's a Disney game, this had to come up eventually. But week 5 had not one but two curses broken with a kiss. First Stan woke Leia from a Forced Sleep with a kiss, and then later that same week Ariel got her voice back after she and Freddie kissed.
- Will It Blend?: Hiro tries this with a plastic mask in Week 2. Turns out said mask did blend to an extent, but the blender ended up broken.
