In Infinity Train: Blossoming Trail, Chloe describes Creature Feature as all things "under your bed, teeth ground sharp and eyes glowing red". An author note reveals that Parker is also into the Nightmare Before Christmas manga, Zero's Journey.
Sognic: Mall-tiverse of Madness: Oogie Boogie was one of the main inspirations for the Big Bad, Roter.exe. He has stitches all over his body. He hangs Roter and Airo over a vat of his "Bat and Walrus Stew" (a reference to Oogie's "Snake and Spider Stew".) In the first episode, Roter quotes one of Santa's lines from "Oogie Boogie's Song," while in the second episode, Roter.exe quotes the first two lines of the song. In the Intermission, Roter.exe outright sings his own, rewritten version of the song.
Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers (2022): When Bob is brought into the police station, he complains that Jack Skellington has been embezzling money from his own charity for years. "Everybody knows it!"
Timmy Failure: In "The Book You're Not Supposed To Have", Timmy nicknames his cousin Merry "Merry Nightmare Before Christmas", partially alluding to the fact that she was born on Christmas Day.
Rifftrax: In Wonderful Land Of Oz, when Jack Pumpkinhead first meets the Scarecrow, one of the riffers says "You're not gonna sing about Halloween Town, are you?"
Alchademy: One of Javier, a Pumpkin Person's, quotes is "The entrance to my town is a tree in a hidden forest!" referencing the forest in this movie with the holiday doors.
Dr. Monster: Jack Skellington shows up dancing with elves in Christmas Is Cancelled.
Homestar Runner: The Halloween episode "Halloween Fairstival" has the King of Town dressed as the Mayor for his costume, complete with his face-swapping gimmick.
Ollie & Scoops: The episode "Old Crumplecranks" is a Whole-Plot Reference to Minnie the Moocher and The Old Man of the Mountain, but also contains many references to Oogie Boogie, who was inspired by those same cartoons. Old Crumplecranks, the titular antagonist, has a voice very reminiscient of Oogie, and in addition to quoting "I'm gonna do the best I can," which is said both by Oogie and by the Old Man in TOMOTM, also quotes some lines specific to Oogie, such as "Well, well, well," and "you [two] ain't goin' [anywhere]note "You ain't goin' nowhere" in Oogie's version."
In his review of Ernest Saves Christmas, when the military tries to take down Ernest in Santa's sleigh:

In the review of It (1990), when Pennywise's face appears on the moon, the Critic overlays the scene from "This Is Halloween" where Oogie Boogie's shadow appears on the moon.
In his first review of nostalgic commercials, the Critic parodies the second half of "Poor Jack" when he gets out of his state of depression and goes back to doing reviews, though he lets Santa die instead of rescuing him.
In his review of FernGully 2: The Magical Rescue, after Pip complains that he wants something more, the Critic plays a clip from "Jack's Lament".
In his review of James and the Giant Peach, the Critic notes the Skeleton Pirate Captain looking similar in appearance to Jack Skellington, and plays a line from "Jack's Lament" when the Skeleton Pirate Captain loses his head.
Critic (as Skeleton Pirate Captain): Now, tell me what you know about Christmas Land...
In the review of Jack, when Jack returns to his classroom, the Critic plays the song that the citizens of Halloween Town sing in the film when they discover that Jack is okay.
The review of Alice in Wonderland (2010) references the movie a couple times. In addition, Danny Elfman's song "It's Tim Burton" is a parody of "What's This?".
The Batman's interpretation of Arthur Brown/Cluemaster is modelled after Oogie Boogie. He's an enormous Fat Bastard of a man, wearing a raggedy costume with a pointed hood. His game show MO is comparable to Oogie's casino MO, and like Oogie, Cluemaster even tries to drop his victims into a vat of life-threatening liquid (acid in this case.) To top it all off, he's voiced by Glenn Shadix, who voiced the Mayor in this movie.
The Critic: The episode "Sherman, Woman and Child" includes a scene where Jay reviews a film called "The Nightmare Before Hanukkah".
Family Guy: In "Peter's Sister", Peter declares that his sister, Karen, is ruining Thanksgiving the same way that Tim Burton ruined the Fourth of July. What follows is a cutaway of a fictional film called Happy Fourth of July, Jack Skellington, where Jack and the citizens of Halloween Town sing a parody of "Making Christmas" on the Fourth of July. The cutaway ends with Jack saying, "Fat chicks with black hair get tattoos of me!"
The sketch "Kitchen Nightmares Before Christmas" spoofs the film. It involves Gordon Ramsay winding up in Halloween Town, where the citizens are having a cooking competition. He even sings a parody of "What's This?" called "What's THAT?!".
A sketch from "Anne Marie's Pride" features film critic Roger Ebert and filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan reviewing a batch of sequels to popular movies. One of which is The Nightmare Before Hanukkah, with Jack finding a place called "Hanukkah Town" and watches children open up presents, but finding out that it is just socks and pencils for their first day of Hanukkah, leading to Jack saying to himself: "Oh, wow. This sucks."
A sketch from "Link's Sausages" features Jack and the Mayor of Halloween Town going to an adult Halloween party where all the guests are dressed in sexy Halloween costumes but they're still scary.
A sketch from "Gracie Purgatory in: That's How You Get Hemorrhoids" has a lawnmower man going over Jack's curled up cliff.
The MIT Mystery Hunt 2019 is partly inspired by the theme, albeit expanded to include more holidays. Jack Skellington appears as a major character, and Halloween and Christmas Town appear as the first two rounds.
