- Blood Blockade Battlefront:
- Kuroneko-sama is seen strolling about in episodes one and ten, and red geraniums are featured prominently in one scene in Libra's HQ in the first episode.
- White cheerfully says "Love and Peace!" while striking Vash's classic pose in episode 6.
- Plushies of Meryl and Milly are seen next to Michella's tape recorder in the season 2 premiere.
- Gintama: The planet they stranded on in episode 23 is awfully similar to Gunsmoke.
- Kuroneko-sama appears on a can of cat food in Steam Detectives.

- BlazBlue: According to Word of God, Ragna drew inspiration from another wanted man in red, Vash the Stampede. Also, there's stuff like the crazy brother, dead female companion, (Rem may not have been Vash and Knives' sister, but damn close enough) the robot arm and the wing that comes out of his arm.
- Borderlands:
- "This is not a planet of peace and love."
- One of the challenges for inflicting damage is "Human Tsunami". In the series, the main character is believed to be so destructive, he's classified as "The Humanoid Typhoon", making him the first human to be registered as a natural disaster.
- Diablo Immortal has a shoulder armor called "Vaash's Typhonic Stampede".
- Dungeons of Dredmor: The achievement "The Humanoid Typhoon" is an obvious shout out to Vash's moniker in Trigun.
- Enter the Gungeon: The Triple Gun, along with its tagline "Bullet The Stampede" is a reference to Trigun, its main character Vash The Stampede and his signature sidearm.
- Fallout 4: The sheer number of voiced player names have some hidden shout-outs, including: Vash, Battousai, Kenshin,Madeleine, Sherlock, Holmes, Morticia, etc.
- Holy Potatoes has a character called Broomhead who looks like Vash. His description even calls him the "Potatoid Typhoon".
- Mugen Souls has a series of weapons that look identical to Wolfwood's punisher.
- Overwatch: The first defending spawn room on Junkertown is Wolfwood's Pub. Not only that, but it has a white couch, a bottle of liquor on the floor, and two shot glasses, referencing Wolfwood's death in the manga.
- Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies: Case 4: If you examine the boarding lounge security camera, Athena will decide to commemorate the moment with a "Love and Peace!"
- Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale: Tear notes that meeting someone was not unlike meeting a hurricane in human form.
- Wild ARMs 2 has Vash make a cameo on a poster◊.

- Aqua Regia: Why does the hero have a huge black revolver? Well, according to Word of God, it's because of Trigun. For added irony, has a way of words similar to Vash but willing to kill to defend innocents.

- Neopets: In the Kadoatery, there are kadoaties named Shinji and Misato, Vash, Mario and Luigi, Sasuke, Kunai and Kakashi, Raphael, Leonardo, and Michaelangelo, Q, Riker and Picard, and Fry, Bender, Leela and Zoidberg.

- Avatar: The Last Airbender: The "Love and Peace" line in the finale is a Shout-Out to Vash the Stampede, who used the line "Love and Peace" frequently in Trigun. All Zuko lacked was the "Peace Sign" hand gesture.
- Voltron: Legendary Defender: The Space Pirate outfits that the Paladins wear in "Space Mall" are obvious nods towards popular anime like Gurren Laggan, Trigun and Dragon Ball Z. Lance has glasses taken from a certain $$60 Billion Man.
