The sixth Story Arc of the Tokyo Ghoul sequel, :Re, consisting of chapters 59 - 98. Six months after regaining his memories, Kaneki continues to live under the identity of Haise Sasaki. As the "Black Reaper", he has completely severed ties with the Quinx and aggressively pursues Aogiri alongside his new subordinate, Nimura Furuta. Pursued by his investigation, Eto surrenders herself to the CCG and announces to the world that "Sen Takatsuki" is a ghoul. Her final novel creates chaos in society, and multiple groups begin to launch plans of their own. While Ayato and Banjou plot to rescue Hinami, Kaneki prepares to confront Arima, and the CCG launches an all-out assault to destroy Aogiri at their base on Rushima Island. Meanwhile, Mutsuki has been captured by the deranged Torso.
