Stingray and Peedee attempt to escape Superjail after learning about the "Superjail Six." The first six inmates to escape Superjail. . In the process, the Warden ends up captured and assimilated into a group of hillbilly lizard people. Meanwhile Alice and Jared run Superjail in his absence.
"The Superjail Six" contains examples of:
- Bittersweet Ending: The Warden finally comes back to Superjail after being gone for several months living with the lizard people, but the Six die when they finally come back to Superjail and all the lizard people are killed by Ash's explosion.
- Continuity Nod: The buildings around Superjail's wall are still burnt and destroyed from the events of 'Burn Stoolie Burn" and "Superhell!"
- The armless leader of the Special Needs Inmates reappears again to tell the backstory of the Superjail Six to Stingray & Peedee.
- Jailpup from "Planet Radio" returns.
- Club Steaks bags from the Time Police episodes are also seen.
- Double Standard: Abuse, Female on Male: Averted. The Warden's lizard wife brutally beats him for attempting to cook her eggs. Who wouldn't be furious at seeing their spouse casually preparing to eat their unborn children?
- Interspecies Romance: The Warden falls in love with a lizard woman and they even have children together.
- Lizard Folk: The hillbilly lizard people.
- Monochrome Past: There are flashback sequences colored in black and white,
- Non-Mammal Mammaries: The female lizard people have breasts.
- Pre-Explosion Glow: Ash sports these before he explodes.
- They Killed Kenny Again: Several characters like Ash & Fatty died, also this is the first time The Doctor dies in an episode, just watch that the video below.
- Yank the Dog's Chain: In a Flashback Skinny the staving inmate is revealed to be 66 Years old on his cake during his birthday however due The Events of the Superjail Six and the Staff wanting the Warden to forget about his Six Failures Alice takes the cake away while Skinny is blowing out the candle making him starve to death and he never got to it.
- What Happened to the Mouse?: Peedee and Stingray disappear for the rest of the episode after they start eating the lizard people's food.
