Following the
10 year anniversary, SMG4 has gone crazy trying to figure out what it all means. Mario is then forced to
do drugs and enter his mind to cure SMG4 of his madness.
- Cerebus Call-Back: SMG4 turns out to have missed the previous two episodes because he locked himself in Peach's basement, trying to figure out what the SMGs are.
- Sanity Slippage: It's in the name of the video, isn't it? SMG4 has this happen to him because of everything that happened in 10th anniversary movie. Though it's implied Zero is also corrupting him as well.
- Self-Deprecation: The entire episode is one to the follow-up on the The SMG4 Movie: 10 Year Anniversary Special and the theories surrounding the SMGs, as well as the
Broken Base over modern-videos. SMG4 has driven himself mad trying to figure out the Driving Questions left following the Wham Episode special, and we see it overtake everything else about his brain. Also, its revealed that he's afraid of not being funny and liked anymore, his attempts to please a crowd being called "cringe" and his OCs saying that they never liked him. - Spoof Aesop: The ending has Mario claim that the episode's Aesop is that "Nobody cares" about the Driving Questions. He receives a bat to the head for that.

- Villainous Breakdown: The monster eye that screwing SMG4 roars in furry the moment when he regain his confidence.
- World-Healing Wave: Once Mario convinces him that "Dying is gay", SMG4 immediately overcomes his insecurities and defeats the monster plaguing him.
