SMG4 meets My Hero Academia, when their world becomes filled with "Quirks," and the cast must pass Captain Falcon's test.
- Abusive Parents: The flashback shows Wario's Mom and Dad being angry to him for having a failing grade.
- Action Bomb: Boopkins' Quirk allows him to self-destruct. Which can and will kill Boopkins.
- Anti-Hero: Saiko and Bob display these qualities, with Saiko believing fame is the most important thing about being a hero, while Bob believes "Hoes and Bitches" is the most important thing.
- Awesome, but Impractical: Boopkins' quirk is that he explodes, unfortunately it has the side effect of killing him.
- Does Not Know Her Own Strength: Tari's quirk is Super-Strength. While trying to pull Boopkins out of the water fountain, she accidentally rips the entire fountain off the wall.
- Equippable Ally: Bowser's quirk is that he throws his children at evildoers.
- Logical Weakness: SMG4's power is to troll people on social media. Because of this, his powers are useless against Captain Falcon, who doesn't use social media or even have an account.
- Mood Whiplash: After Mario is defeated, Luigi dramatically turns around and claims he didn't want to have to use his quirk, before throwing back his arm and tossing several dice, which fly through the air while Captain Falcon yells in fear as they land at his feet. Cue a Beat, before Falcon confusedly asks if something is meant to happen, at which point Luigi reveals his quirk is just having really good dice luck, and the dice don't actually do anything.
- Nested Story Reveal: The entire episode turns out to be an anime Axol was working on.
- Nigh-Invulnerable: Nothing anyone does is capable of physically knocking down Captain Falcon. He No Sells all of Bob's toilet paper and Bowser's kids, Mario's hand, and Meggy's choking. Saiko and Shroomy only get him down because Kermit's singing voice brings him to tears and his knees.
- Self-Deprecation: SMG4 saying that he told Axol to add a cliffhanger ending seems to be making fun of himself for the various arcs that the series has done recently.
- Shapeshifting: Meggy's Quirk enables her to shapeshift into the Garry's Mod ERROR model, as well as turn her skin into the missing texture placeholder for Source engine games.
- The Voice: Chris and Swagmaster's voices are only heard at the beginning.
- What Kind of Lame Power Is Heart, Anyway?: Parodied relentlessly all around. While some Quirks are plausible, such as Tari's Super-Strength and Mario's hand enlarging, some not so much, such as Boopkins's self-detonation ability, which would kill him, or Luigi's dice throwing ability, others are just ridiculous, such as SMG4 being able to tweet negative things or Bowser throwing his children.
- X Meets Y: "SMG4" meets "My Hero Academia"
