Original release date: February 12, 2023
Kroohu meets a somewhat sarcastic, hammy superfan of a social media enthusiast of the Pokémon community.
You're the tropes I ran over the other day! How are you still OK?!
- Apocalypse Wow: The world shakes dramatically when Kroohu is excited to have another great day in the human world with Racky.
- Call-Back: Blacky mentions how he ran Kroohu over with his car the previous day and even questions how he is immune to getting injured, especially since that collision could have killed him if it was in real life.
- Came from the Sky: At the end of the episode, a Snivy (later revealed to be Zieix), falls from the sky as he has arrived somewhere near Racky's house in the search for his older brother, Kroohu.
- Clashing Cousins: Blacky and Racky have a rocky relationship as they discuss Blacky's predicament.
- Confused Question Mark: How Kroohu reacted to Racky's name choice for him.
- Deadpan Snarker: Downplayed. Blacky talks sarcastically towards everyone around him, but it can be played straight sometimes for Kroohu and Racky.
- Don't Celebrate Just Yet: Kroohu's celebration of having another great day is cut short when Racky hears a knock on the door. Cue to Blacky returning to his house promptly after a long drive home.
- Feel No Pain: Lampshaded by Blacky when he was surprised to see Kroohu not killed, let alone without any injuries on his body after he accidentally ran him over with his car the previous day.
- Flashback Cut: See Flashback Echo.
- Flashback Echo: Just as Blacky turns on the TV,Kroohu gains another flashback of his younger brother The High Pitched Voice Snivy (nicknamed Zieix).
- The Friend Nobody Likes: Lampshaded by Racky when he mentions how everybody in the Pokémon community turned him down when he tried to make friends with all of them.
- Hero Stole My Bike: More like "Hero Stole My Car", because Racky "borrows" his car and takes the car keys without him even noticing to rescue Zieix who a group of police officers currently incarcerates.
- Jerkass Has a Point: There are times when Blacky can sometimes go over the top on specific topics or act out dramatically, but he does outline how he is not at fault for letting his particular social media enthusiasts treat him as if he doesn't exist.
- Large Ham: Blacky's character seems to be full of this. Just listen to how he talks to everyone around him.
- Never My Fault: Blacky accuses the Animé fans of treating him like an invisible person as he was the one who continued to trust them regardless of their pleas. He isn't wrong when he says this, however.
- Only Known by Their Nickname: Racky decides to dub the Pikachu as "Kroohu" until he is able to regain his memories of what happened to him so far, much to his confusion of how he is supposed to react to this exchange.
- The Reveal: Snivy (later revealed to be Zieix) is the younger brother of Kroohu.
- Shout-Out: When Blacky turns the TV on, Luap and Starmeistr appear. a review on Pokémon Chronicles of episode 9, "Big Meowth, Little Dreams", plays on screen.
- Show Within a Show: Given how Luap and Starmeistr's videos appear in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: The Unexpected Arrival.
- Tempting Fate: When Blacky lampshades how Racky will return home, knowing he doesn't have his car keys, Kroohu and Racky subvert and defy this offscreen when they take Blacky's car keys without him knowing.
- We Have the Keys: See Tempting Fate.
