Koala Man's origins are revealed! Meanwhile, the children's entertainment group the Tigglies are harvesting the talent of Australia's youth so they may live forever. As their nefarious plot unfolds, Koala Man must overcome violent kangaroo gangs to provide Liam with a jacket.

Tropes:

  • All for Nothing: Kevin rescued Mindy from getting hit by a truck. After nursing her, he relases Mindy back into the wild, only for her to follow him across the road, where she's run over by a car.
  • Car Fu: Spider kills Red Tigglie by ramming him into a tree with his car.
  • Child Eater: The Tigglies reveal they eat musically talented children in order to remain young and relevant to the public, but they don't eat untalented children because they don't taste good.
  • Depraved Kids' Show Host: The Tigglies may seem like a friendly bunch on TV, but in order for them to stay relevant with the children, they need to eat musically talented children in order to remain young. The untalented rejects get locked in a prison where they get tortured by Uncle Bumpy.
  • Dreadful Musician: Because Alison is bad on the French horn, the Tigglies deem her "safe" from being eaten by them because they only eat musically talented children. Alison gets offended by this and he knocks out Yellow Tigglie and commenting she's not so "safe" now.
  • Evil Is Petty: Not only is Kevin beaten and robbed of his wallet, phone, and car by a group of kangaroos, but they also take his shoes because "fuck it".
  • Life Drinker: The way the Tigglies remain young is by eating musically talented children while ignoring the untalented children.
  • No Good Deed Goes Unpunished: Kevin wouldn't have been carjacked by bogan-like, muscular kangaroos if he hadn't stopped to check out one which looked injured.
  • Not Afraid of You Anymore: Dennis has been tortured by Uncle Bumpy for years, but once he's freed from his prison thanks to Koala Man and Spider, he sacrifices himself to kill Uncle Bumpy once and for all.
  • Pin-Pulling Teeth: Dennis does this with Spider's grenade before he lunges towards Uncle Bumpy's van.
  • Shout-Out: The Tigglies are an obvious reference to The Wiggles.
  • Superhero Origin: The episode features flashback moments where Kevin would reflect on his past on why he's Koala Man. Kevin has a mean father who forces him to be tough, and when he's later arrested, Kevin promises to be tough and devote his life to justice. He would later save a koala bear he would name Mindy and raise her before setting her free to teach her tough love, but she gets run over by a car, devastating Kevin. These events would make Kevin become Koala Man.
  • Taking You with Me: To stop Uncle Bumpy was stopping Koala Man from stopping the Tigglies, Dennis uses one of Spider's grenade and jumps on Uncle Bumpy's van and blows themselves up.
  • Too Spicy for Yog-Sothoth: The Tigglies only eat musically talented children, so when they were scouting Alison and Liam's band camp for children to eat, they choose to eat Liam and Little Nina because they're talented on the keyboard and bassoon, respectively, and they deem Alison "safe" because she's bad at the French horn, which offends her without knowing the context. When the Tigglies take Liam and Little Nina away while Yellow Tigglie holds down Koala Man, Alison knocks out Yellow Tigglie with her French horn and comments she's not so "safe" now.
  • What Happened to the Mouse?: Last we see of Yellow Tigglie, he was knocked out by Alison and was left behind at the music camp with the others keeping an eye on him. Seeing how the other Tigglies are dead, he's the last one still alive and was most likely arrested.
  • Wounded Gazelle Gambit: When Kevin spots a hurt kangaroo on the road, he stops his car to check on it. It turns out that it was an ambush set up by a bunch of bogan-like, muscular kangaroos to rob him of his wallet and car.
  • Yank the Dog's Chain: When Liam and Little Nina survived the car crash with the rest of the Tigglies dead, Liam confesses his love to Little Nina and she happily accepts his love. Unfortunately, Red Tigglie survives and eats Little Nina in front of Liam.
  • Yoko Oh No: Discussed and defied when tried to say a a Pre Asskicking Line about being Yoko Ono the band shoot him down for scapegoating Yoko and that the Beatles where already on their last legs.
