Mr. Cat starts his own fast food chain called McDaube. Kaeloo attempts to have it shut down for being unsanitary.
"Let's Play McDaube" contains the following tropes:
- Bait-and-Switch: When Mr. Cat tells Kaeloo that the restaurant has to stay open or else Stumpy will lose his job, Kaeloo appears sympathetic for a moment... before mocking Stumpy for not having a job anymore and then leaving.
- Burger Fool: Mr. Cat ropes Stumpy into working at McDaube; throughout the episode, Stumpy is horribly abused in various ways.
- The Can Kicked Him: Stumpy is attacked by a toilet monster.
- Continuity Nod: The figurines that Mr. Cat tries to sell with his food? Same ones from "Let's Play Figurines".
- Downer Ending: Mr. Cat gets everyone on his side and the restaurant stays open.
- I Taste Delicious: Stumpy starts to smell like fries after working at the restaurant for a long time. He licks his arm and remarks on how good he tastes.
- Jerkass Has a Point: Mr. Cat's restaurant may be terrible, but as he points out, it creates jobs for people who otherwise would be unemployed.
- Karma Houdini Warranty: After not being punished in any way for stealing Kaeloo's pony and trying to marry her sister's boyfriend despite not being in love with him, Pretty gets severe food poisoning and has to go to the hospital to get surgery.
- Lethal Eatery: McDaube, where trash from the dumpster is served as food if they run out of ingredients, the toilets haven't been cleaned for so long that a giant sea monster lives inside them, and the counter is dusty.Pretty: (after eating there) I had a small intestine graft, a pancreas graft, and a colon ablation.
- Man on Fire: Mr. Cat sets Quack Quack on fire at the beginning of the episode.
- Mean Boss: Mr. Cat underpays, mistreats, and yells at Stumpy.
- Not So Above It All: Kaeloo gets upset with everyone for accepting Mr. Cat's "food" because he was giving out free toy figurines with it, but when nobody is looking, she takes one of herself and starts playing with it.
- Precision F-Strike: Stumpy yells the F word when he sees the bill for his food.
- Shockingly Expensive Bill: Stumpy has to pay for a meal that he bought at McDaube. He takes one look at the bill and drops an F bomb.
- Take That!: Mr. Cat opens up a fast-food restaurant which serves actual trash from the dumpster as food and never cleans the bathrooms. When everybody else starts protesting against this, he offers them toys with their "food". Everyone immediately stops protesting and buys more food for the sake of the toys.
- Tentacle Rope: Happens to Stumpy when he encounters a tentacle monster which emerges from a toilet he was attempting to clean.
- Work Off the Debt: Stumpy is forced to do this after placing a huge order at McDaube which he can't pay for.
