Jack and November must embark on a risky mission, while Greer resists interrogation. Gloria is put in a tricky spot as the election is moved up.

- Big Damn Heroes: Jack, the remains of Matice's team and some mercenaries they hired storm the prison camp to rescue Greer. They're too late for him, as he's been moved, and for about a dozen prisoners who've been executed by the guards, but do save the rest including Gloria Bonalde's husband.
- Call-Back:
- When Jack hires Van Der Byl to help rescue Greer, Van Der Byl asks if this is the same man who cut off his finger. Jack tells him to focus on the money.
- One of Greer's fellow prisoners is Gloria Bonalde's missing husband.
- When Jack beats and threatens a prison camp guard trying to find Greer, one of the others indicates where they "buried the American." Jack and the team frantically dig up the site, thinking Greer is Buried Alive, but instead find Matice's body.
- Culture Police: One of Greer's fellow prisoners is a sculptor who was arrested for making a statue of Reyes' wife naked and being penetrated by Justice.
- Manipulative Bastard: Having accused his opponent of collaborating with the U.S. to tamper with the election, Reyes moves up the election limiting her time to respond. He also sends some of his guards to "protect" her.

Moral Event Horizon:- Reyes crosses this for Ubarri when he has their old neighbourhood firebombed, killing a dozen people including children, apparently For the Evulz. Reyes kills him when he protests.
- He also has the prisoners at the camp executed.
- Oh, Crap!: November, when he asks Lisa Calabrese to put Greer on the phone. She says he never made it to the plane. Realising he's been captured, and that José knows about the safe house they're in, Jack and November bug straight out.
- Refuge in Audacity: Jack's plan for storming the prison camp when he and the team are drastically outnumbered? Literally walk straight into the camp where the mercenaries they've tangled with before are with a duffel bag full of cash, and hire them to help. Van Der Byl acknowledges the massive cojones that move required.
- Say Your Prayers: The episode ends with Greer praying in Arabic in a prison cell in Reyes' palace, evidently expecting to be killed soon.
- Slashed Throat: Reyes kills Ubarri in this manner.
- Water Torture: Greer is waterboarded with cheap rum that apparently tastes like lighter fluid.
