As the Allies prepare to attack the Neuroi Hive over Venezia, Sakamoto accidentally destroys the Strike Witches base using the Reppuzan. The Witches decide to temporarily ride with the Allied Fleet so they can train on a nearby unhabited island so Sakamoto can perfect the Shin Reppuzan.

Tropes in this episode:

• Accidental Hero: Sakamoto loses control of the Shin Reppuzan while training on the island, and accidentally hits the Neuroi Core destroying it without even understanding what happened.
• Accidental Innuendo: Sakamoto wants to draw blood from her abdomen to use in forging a new katana, and asks Miyafuji for help to "stick it in." Wilcke, Yeager, and Barkhorn become flustered by it.
  Bishop: They are naughty girls with dirty minds and they heard you and Miyafuji talking about "sticking it in."
  Sakamoto: Hmm? You might have to spell it out for me.
• De-power: Much like the Season 2 episode that this episode spoofs, Sakamoto and Miyafuji lose their powers in the process of destroying the Neuroi Hive.
• Gag Haircut: When Sakamoto accidentally destroys the base, the beam hits Yeager and as a result she ends up mostly bald.
• Laugh Themselves Sick: Barkhorn laughs so hard at bald Yeager that she ends up pulling an abdominal muscle.
• Not What It Looks Like: Minna walks in on Sakamoto looking like she is preparing to commit Seppuku. Sakamoto's response is pretty much word for word.
