Cookie explains to Muko the true nature of a Combagal through the use of the persona.

To Muko's dismay, Cookie makes her return to work at her old job to promote her as a Combagal. However, the stakes are high as Muko needs to win a bet to win the earnings of Cafe Carrots or she'll be stuck there working a month for free. It's up to Cookie to help Muko be a model maid by teaching her the secret of a Combagal: the persona.

  • Art Shift: Cookie turns into a realistic squirrel when Muko points out she just acted as a Combagal who just happened to be a maid.
  • Batter Up!: One of Kalita's underlings has a baseball bat.
  • The Bet: If Muko makes more sales than the other maids, then she and Cookie keep the cafe's money of the week. If they lose, Muko has to work for a month for free.
  • Boring Yet Practical: The three maids that compete against Muko look plain in appearance compared to her, but they make up to her with better social skills and a positive attitude.
  • Calling Your Attacks: Muko yells all of her service techniques when doing them in front of Harry.
  • Cleavage Window: Cookie points out that Muko's new maid outfit gives her an advantage over the other maids because it has this.
  • Combat Pragmatist: Because of the nature of The Bet and the bad blood between Muko and the staff of Cafe Carrots, both sides go all out in the contest.
  • Comically Missing the Point: When Muko's boss calls furry fighting cat fighting, Muko is offended...because cats aren't the only ones who fight.
  • Cosplay CafĂ©: Muko has to dress like a maid to serve her customers.
  • Cute Clumsy Girl: Muko intentionally acts cute and clumsy as part of her persona when serving Harry.
  • Delinquent Hair: Kalita's underlings have pompadours.
  • Does Not Like Men: One of the reasons why Muko was bad at her job was that she was socially awkward around men, which prevented her from giving good quality service.
  • Driven to Suicide: Harry was going to kill himself after being fired and then abandoned by his wife. Muko being nice to him helped him out.
  • Early-Bird Cameo: Snuggly appears in a poster when Harry is walking around. Donkizari also has her own poster long before Cookie introduces her in Chapter 7.
  • Foolish Sibling, Responsible Sibling: The chapter introduces Saniko, Muko's older sister. Unlike her younger sister, Saniko has a job and disapproves of Muko going into furry fighting, preferring her to have a stable job. Muko is more immature, plays video games, her job hunting involves following passions, and she quit her stable job yesterday.
  • Gamer Chick: Muko's love for video games is introduced in this chapter.
  • Headlock of Dominance: Muko gives a headlock to Harry as part of her service.
  • I Know Mortal Kombat: Muko's idea of learning how to fight is playing video games.
  • In a Single Bound: Done offscreen by Muko, who jumps over the tables, despite the maids getting in her way to provide customer service at a faster rate.
  • A Lizard Named "Liz": Harry, Muko's first customer has Fishkopp as his surname. Fittingly enough, he's a salmon.
  • Meido: Muko has to dress as one and serve like her fellow maids.
  • The Mentor: Since Muko knows nothing about furry fighting, Cookie has to be her mentor by giving her exposition. In this chapter, she helps Muko with her social anxiety by teaching her about a persona, an identity a Combagal assumes when stepping into the ring.
  • Never My Fault: Muko acknowledges that she's on everyone's bad side, but she pretends to be a victim. She believes that Manugo flirted with her and is mad for rejecting him (he points out that he gave her the same shifts) and her maids unfairly resent her (they angrily remind her of her perverted antics).
  • Noodle Incident: Muko's previous passion before furry fighting was urban gardening.
  • "Open!" Says Me: Kalita, one of the four protagonists of the story, enters the comic by kicking open the door.
  • The Peeping Tom: Muko spied on her fellow maids and tried to steal their panties. This is why they were happy to be rid of her when she quit and are mad when she returns.
  • Pro Wrestling Is Real: Discussed by Muko and Saniko. For one, Saniko believes that it's fake and Muko believes it's real since she saw the matches.
  • "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Manugo gives one to Muko, telling her why she won't win The Bet against him. He makes sure to call her on her poor work ethic and lets her know he only let her stay for so long because of her mother.
