While taking a walk near a playground, Amy and the player find the body of Odette Kamarov, Nikolai Kamarov's wife, sitting on a carousel and with blood coming out of her face.

- Awful Wedded Life: Nikolai and Odette weren't in very good marital terms and he rightfully thought she wasn't a good mother to their son.

Despite being the killer of Odette and kidnapping Andrew, Tammy just wanted to get Andrew out of the hellhole that was the Kamarov's household, since Odette and Nikolai suffer from a big case of Parental Neglect.Amy: Tammy's intentions were good, but what she actually did to protect Andrew cannot be excused!
- Bad Boss: Judging by how Tammy, his son's nanny, and Sergei, Nikolai's second in command, fear for their life during this case because of his temperament, is safe to say that Nikolai is this.Tammy: Nikolai is going to kill me for this! He's so violent!
- Blood from Every Orifice: You encounter the victim's body bleeding out from her eyes, nose, and mouth due to an overdose of blood thinner.
- Call-Back: Sue Xiong and Nikolai Kamarov reappear as suspects.
- Cruel and Unusual Death: The victim died by having blood thinner slipped into her coffee, which made her suffer a massive internal hemorrhage that spilled out from all her bodily orifices.
- Harmful to Minors: Amy laments that Andrew has a mafioso father, since that means he has to deal with violence even though he's a child.
- Hostage Situation: At one point, Nikolai takes Sue as a hostage and threatens to kill her since he thinks she's the one who murdered his wife and kidnapped his son. Fortunately, Amy manages to calm him down.
- Irony: Odette was killed by the nanny Nikolai hired to take care of Andrews's problems, something Odette herself was due to her Parental Neglect.
- Missing Child: The second half of the case also deals with finding Andrew, Nikolai's son, after he gets abducted by the killer, who turns out to be his nanny.
- Number Two: Sergei Yablokov, a Russian criminal and Nikolai's second in command, appears in this case as a suspect, fearing what Nikolai is going to do to him since he allowed his wife to die.
- Parental Neglect: Odette and Nikolai are this towards their son Andrew, neglecting all of his necessities and even getting a nanny to take care of him. It's the reason why Tammy killed Odette, since she wanted to give him a better life.
- Pulled from Your Day Off: Amy and the player discover the body while visiting a playground during their day off.
- Real Men Wear Pink: Nikolai likes getting manicures, so does Ross Barthe. Subverted with Sergei, who Nikolai has to force to get them due to needing "more class."

- The case's title comes from a song of the same name by Insane Clown Posse.
- The victim, Odette Kamarov, is named after Odette from Swan Lake given that she is a ballerina.
- In the Andrew's Play Corner scene, there is a "Mafia" poster referencing The Godfather.

- Skewed Priorities: Nikolai is angry at his wife's death... because it means someone dared to disrespect him.Amy: And you're right, he didn't seem sad to hear about his wife's death. He was more angry because he thinks someone is disrespecting him!
- The Starscream: In the Additional Investigation, is revealed that Sergei is planning to overthrow Nikolai some day, something that Inner Chaos wants to help him with.
- Tempting Fate: Amy says this just before the body is discovered:Amy: Since we have nothing to do, I thought I might go for a walk in Inner City, would you like to come with me?Great! We've seen so much violence so far, but I'm sure there must be some quieter parts in the district, let's see if we can find them!
- We Used to Be Friends: Amy and the player find a photo of Nikolai and Sue together in high school, showing that they used to be friends before the community feud fiasco.Nikolai: There's nothing to say about this! It was a long time ago, before this woman and I knew better! We were too young and too stupid to understand the importance of communitarianism!Amy: But you were friends! What brought you to fight like this?! You could bring peace between your communities!Nikolai: Never, do you hear me?! I will never negotiate with this woman!
