The Stump Kids try to talk to Kenneth to learn more about what the Heart of the Forest is.
Tropes:
- Anything but That!:David: I'm going to go do something productive with my life!
Barry: No, not productive! - Bad Liar: When Xavier asks why the Stump Trio wants to talks to his brother Kenneth, Craig, not wanting to reveal the Heart of the Forest to him, lies and said he lost his staff (which is clearly seen on his back) and wants to ask Kenneth if he has seen it and then leaves when he "finds" it. Thanks to Craig's terrible lie, Xavier is suspicion of them and it's later revealed at the end of the episode that he's been watching them and learns about the Heart of the Forest.
- Breaking the Fellowship: The Elders have a big argument over Kenneth having moved on, with Barry and David deciding to leave the Creek.
- Downer Ending: At least Craig and his friends had a Bittersweet Ending, but except for The Elders because Mark made Barry and David break up with him due to his actions with Kenneth, and Xavier finally saw Craig and the others talking about The Heart of the Forest with his drone by spying on them.
- "Eureka!" Moment: Craig has one when he realizes that the Heart of the Forest, like most of the other side kingdom, was taken straight out of Kenneth's favorite anime.
- Friendship Trinket: The Elders and Kenneth all have friendship necklaces that form one piece.
- Immediate Self-Contradiction: Xavier claims he's too mature to play in the creek... while awkwardly sipping on a crazy straw.
- I Reject Your Reality: The ever-delusional Xavier claims he willingly left the Creek, believing he's too old for it, with Craig immediately pointing out the contrary of how he really ran home crying after losing the Capture the Flag war.
- Mood Whiplash: The ending shows a rather happy scene as Craig and his happily decide to continue searching for the Heart of the Forest to the point of having a small cheer about it and then it’s revealed Xavier was watching them the whole time.
- Rage Breaking Point: Elders David and Barry finally have enough of Elder Mark's horrible attitude after the way he acts towards Kenneth.Elder Barry: If there's anyone that's changed, it's you.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: After Elder Mark hangs up on Kenneth, an angry Elder David calls him "selfish, mean, and a bad friend!", then storms out. Elder Barry follows it up by saying "you just rolled a critical failure... on friendship", and that Mark’s the one who changed.
- Skewed Priorities: Even though the Elders' friendship is at stake, Craig is still more concerned about getting information about the Heart of the Forest.
- Unwitting Instigator of Doom: The Elders break up all because Craig and his friends wanted to know if they can get in contact with Kenneth so they can ask him about the Heart of the Forest, but it unintentionally led to an argument between the Elders.
- Wham Episode: The Elders break up, Craig discovers a big clue regarding the Heart of the Forest, but Xavier learns about the Heart of the Forest from spying on the Stump Kids.
- Wham Line: Elder David insults Elder Mark in front of his friends because of his bad behavior to Kenneth:Elder David: Ugh! Mark, you're selfish, a-and mean, and a Bad Friend!
- Wham Shot: The episode ends revealing that Xavier has been spying on the Stump Kids with his drones, learning about the Heart of the Forest.
