On the anniversary of the rig explosion, Tyrone works with O'Reilly to gaslight Connors, while Tandy finds the last evidence she needs and confronts Scarborough.
- Agony of the Feet: Because Melissa was drunk and stoned, Tandy had to walk home after the accident. She shows up at home with bloody feet.
- The Bad Guy Wins: Scarborough gets to keep covering up the causes for the oil rig explosion.
- Broken Pedestal: Tandy finds out about the Domestic Abuse Nathan inflicted on Melissa.
- Downer Ending: Tyrone gets Connors to incriminate himself, but Tandy discovers her father hit her mother, prompting her to change her mind about clearing her father's name and take Scarborough hush money. And Fuchs is killed.
- Continuity Nod: O'Reilly mentions her "friend Misty".
- Engineered Public Confession: What gets Connors arrested.
- Mind Rape: Tyrone uses his teleportation powers and resemblance to Billy to seriously fuck with Connors and get him to confess.

- Stuffed into the Fridge: Gender Swapped from the original, and clearly a Shout-Out to the original. O'Reilly finds Fuchs's body in the fridge.
- Unwitting Instigator of Doom: Melissa takes Tandy and Tyrone by the hand at the memorial, so they both end up in her head, viewing her worst memory, of Nathan abusing her. This breaks Tandy and derails her investigation of Roxxon.
- Wham Episode: Connors is arrested, Tandy confronts Scarborough and learns about her father's abuse of her mother, and Fuchs is murdered and left in the fridge for O'Reilly to find.
