The Mooninites gather all of the Aqua Teen's villains to plot the ultimate revenge. Unfortunately they spend most of their meeting arguing and not accomplishing much.
- Killed Offscreen: The episode ends with the Wisdom Cubenote in Hell, but the episode never shows how he died.
- Legion of Doom: The union of "villains" known as "Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday".
- Out of Focus: The Aqua Teens and Carl don't show up until the very end.
- Random Events Plot: The plot seems to building up towards an epic showdown between the Aqua Teens and all their villains — but most of the story has the villains just messing around in the Mooninite's moon dome.
- Retcon: Bingo's clown wig wasn't always meant to freeze its victims; Carl was only frozen because of Frylock, and while Steve's freezing was unexplained, you could argue that Dr. Weird was responsible (because considering how often Steve is subjected to his boss' insane experiments, why wouldn't he be?). Meatwad, meanwhile, wasn't frozen at all, even after 67 years into the future.
- Riddle for the Ages: Since when did Travis of the Cosmos have a pearl necklace?
- Series Fauxnale: The first of many fake finales. Despite being titled "The Last One" and having numerous call-backs to previous episodes, this is in not the last episode of the show nor was it ever intended to be - its full name in production was "The Last Fucking One For 2003".
- They Killed Kenny Again: Many of the villains end up murdering each other for no reason other than For the Evulz. Others end up perishing through their own idiocy.
- Unexplained Recovery: Major Shake is run over by a truck, yet is no worse for wear the next time we see him in the episode.
- Villain Team-Up: Parodied. Almost every Monster of the Week from the past two seasons appear, but they spend more time killing each other and arguing on their team name than actually combatting the Aqua Teens. The Plutonians weren't invited because "Plutonians are teh suck"
- Villain Episode: The entire episode focuses on the Aqua Teens' Rogues Gallery, plotting their next move while constantly arguing with one another.
