J.P. Keating returns to Los Angeles, intending to make Layla see a therapist, but she refuses and instead convinces J.J. to host a secret birthday party for Jordan and Olivia. Meanwhile, Spencer once again has to deal with abandonment issues when Corey left with only vague goodbye letters.
