Basic Trope: A person who inflicts unluckiness on anyone and anything around them.
- Straight: Disaster follows anywhere Bobby goes.
- Exaggerated:
- If Bobby takes one wrong step, the world might explode.
- Everything happens around Bobby. Absolutely everything. Good? Bad? Well, it all happens the same.
- Bobby's bad luck aura is five miles wide on a good day and the members of the cast who have knowledge of the supernatural fear that it will persist after Bobby dies, turning any place he is buried in/his ashes are spread on into an unluck-based Mordor.
- Justified: Bobby was Born Unlucky and just lives like this.
- Inverted: Good things happen wherever Bobby goes. May also be Born Lucky.
- Subverted: Everywhere Bobby goes, some accident occurs, but clearly not from his presence.
- Double Subverted: Until it's revealed it's absolutely because of his presence.
- Downplayed: Born Unlucky, but not to this extreme.
- Played for Laughs: The area around Bobby is a permanent Slapstick comedy. Extra points if Bobby is Immune to Slapstick.
- Lampshaded: "Speaking of which, Bobby is an absolute chaos zone."
- Exploited: Winds of Destiny, Change!
As you return to The Jinx, please watch out for: banana peels, open manhole covers, anvils, speeding trucks, random falling bullets, floods of cereal, serial killers, cereal killers, and unlucky pennies.
